Arellano es prepara per obrir una cantina"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El chef Fernando P. Arellano ha anunciat que est\u00e0 preparant l&#8217;obertura d&#8217;una cantina a Palma. Aquest cuiner espanyol, afincat a Mallorca, \u00e9s l&#8217;\u00fanic que ha aconseguit dues estrelles Michelin a l&#8217;illa, concretament amb el restaurant Zaranda, que va haver de tancar per problemes amb la propietat de l&#8217;hotel Son Claret, que li va restringir el contracte en vigor.<\/p>\n<p>Segons ha avan\u00e7at Arellano, es dir\u00e0 Panz\u00e0 i \u00e9s un projecte conjunt amb el chef Javier Gardonio, fins fa un any cap de cuina del restaurant del Hotel Gl\u00f2ria de Sant Jaume (Palma) i qui durant una d\u00e8cada va ser la m\u00e0 dreta d&#8217;Arellano a la cuina.<\/p>\n<p>Encara no se n&#8217;ha fet p\u00fablica la data d&#8217;obertura com tampoc el lloc exacte on es troba, per\u00f2 se sospita que el m\u00e9s de juny Panz\u00e0 ja estigui operatiu.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El chef Fernando P.
