La cita es va celebrar el dimarts, 8 de setembre, a\u00a0<strong>Campos<\/strong>\u00a0i varen tenir als cuiners\u00a0<strong>Carlos Abad<\/strong>, cap de cuina de Tess de Mar,\u00a0<strong>Irene Guti\u00e9rre<\/strong>z i\u00a0<strong>Roberto Sihuay<\/strong>, juntament amb\u00a0<strong>Koldo Royo<\/strong>, director culinari de Tess de Mar.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta jornada gastron\u00f2mica \u00e9s la primera de les que s&#8217;oferiran properament. Royo apunta que n&#8217;est\u00e0 organitzan de noves i que se centraran en l&#8217;arr\u00f2s, la xocolata i el foie. Tamb\u00e9 pensa fer-ne una en homenatge a mad\u00f2 Coloma Abrines, ja que la campanera vivia a prop de Tess de Mar i la seva obra &#8211;<em>Cocina selecta mallorquina<\/em>&#8211; ha estat cabdal per difondre la cuina illenca.<\/p>\n<p>La idea d&#8217;aquestes jornades \u00e9s acostar cuiners o especialistes al p\u00fablic local. Per exemple, Irene Guti\u00e9rrez \u00e9s una cuinera peruana que s&#8217;ha fet un nom entre l&#8217;alta cuina de Palma amb el restaurant\u00a0<strong>Sumaq<\/strong>, situat al barri de Santa Catalina. D&#8217;altra banda, Roberto Sihuay, tamb\u00e9 peru\u00e0, es va fer conegut per la seva feina a restaurants com\u00a0Ceviche 103, La Turuleca i Nikkei 103 de Barcelona i d&#8217;en\u00e7\u00e0 el 2019 regenta\u00a0<strong>La Cantina Canalla<\/strong>, de Sant Antoni de Portmany (Eivissa), juntament amb l&#8217;empresari\u00a0<strong>Juan Pantaleoni<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El men\u00fa va incloure 6 plats com l&#8217;ostra amb c\u00edtrics, un plat guanyador del concurs de la millor ostra 2020 d&#8217;ASCAIB, creat per Bruno Silva, cuiner de Tess de Mar.
