Es tracta d&#8217;una oferta de 12 c\u00f2ctels dividits en tres tem\u00e0tiques: Mar, Pla i Serra de Tramuntana.<\/p>\n<p>Segons explica Matias Iriarte, responsable del pub, hi varen comen\u00e7ar a treballar el mes d&#8217;octubre de l&#8217;any passat i, arran de la crisi sanit\u00e0ria de la covid-19, han hagut de retardar-ne la presentaci\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;S\u00f3n c\u00f2ctels inspirats en Mallorca, que tenen el producte local com a protagonista. El repte que ens v\u00e0rem proposar des de Chapeau 1987 era traslladar aliments s\u00f2lids i sensacions a l\u00edquid&#8220;, explica Iriarte. Per aix\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 han optat per col\u00b7laborar amb mestres artesans com el ceramista Pere Coll i els vidriers de Lafiore, que amb els recipients i copes creades contribueixen a traslladar el paisatge a la copa.<\/p>\n<p>Arran de les mesures higi\u00e8niques, des de Chapeau 1987 han decidit penjar la carta a Instagram per fer-la arribar a tothom interessat: &#8222;\u00e9s la xarxa m\u00e9s vista, finsi tot per davant de grans cadenes de televisi\u00f3&#8220;, comenta Iriarte. Per traslladar la carta en imatge han apostat per un fot\u00f2graf publicitari de refer\u00e8ncia, Nando Esteva, que ha retratat tots els c\u00f2ctels.<\/p>\n<p>Algunes dels c\u00f2ctels s\u00f3n:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Laid on the Beach<\/strong>: Els aromes tenen la capacitat de transportar-nos a altres llocs i a altres moments de la nostra vida. Si et diem &#8218;tombat a la platja, all\u00f2 que et ve al cap \u00e9s l&#8217;aroma dol\u00e7 de la crema solar, amb perfum de coco, per\u00f2 segurament tamb\u00e9 t&#8217;arriba l&#8217;aroma del mel\u00f3 acabat de tallar. Aix\u00ed \u00e9s Laid on the Beach, un c\u00f2ctel refrescant i tropical servit en una pe\u00e7a de cer\u00e0mica feta a m\u00e0 pel mestre artes\u00e0 Pere Coll, el tacte de la qual recorda l&#8217;arena de la platja entre els dits.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredients: Bacard\u00ed Maestros, mel\u00f3 de temporada, coco salat, tepache de Mel\u00f3 i perfum de hawaian tropic.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Mar i Muntanya<\/strong>: Les ones es rompen on volen. De vegades ho fan a l&#8217;arena d&#8217;una platge, per\u00f2 d&#8217;altres, ho fan contra les muntanyes, concretament contra els penya-segats del nor-est de l&#8217;illa de Mallorca. Ens agrada especialment l&#8217;aroma c\u00edtric i dol\u00e7 que despr\u00e8n S\u00f3ller quan atravesses la vall en tren. Un punt sal\u00ed de fonoll mar\u00ed, un toc transparent del centrifugat de les taronges i aquesta mescla servida en coupete riedel com un gimlet sec de Sipsmith gin, amb el seu punt mar\u00ed i c\u00edtric, que uneix la mar i la muntanya.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredients: Spismith gin, palo cortado sherry, taronja de S\u00f3ller i fonoll mar\u00ed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Son Mut<\/strong>: La finca de Son Mut de Llucmajor \u00e9s un referent internacinal de figueres, amb 162 varietats, que ha inspirat aquest c\u00f2ctel fet amb whisky amb pa de figa i acompanyat d&#8217;herbes, palo i kombutxa feta per Brilla (Llub\u00ed), servit en una copa de Pere Coll.<\/p>\n<p><em>Ingredients: Macallan 12, figues de Son Mut, vi dol\u00e7 Oloroso, Palo, kombutxa de temporada<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Tremp\u00f3 T\u00f2nic<\/strong>: L&#8217;estiu \u00e9s sin\u00f2nim de la mar, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 \u00e9s temps de caminar descal\u00e7 i de dinar o sopar de tremp\u00f3.
