{"id":60953,"date":"2020-05-14T18:24:07","date_gmt":"2020-05-14T16:24:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/el-peix-i-la-carn-de-xot-son-mes-barats-a-menorca"},"modified":"2022-04-09T09:40:08","modified_gmt":"2022-04-09T07:40:08","slug":"el-peix-i-la-carn-de-xot-son-mes-barats-a-menorca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/el-peix-i-la-carn-de-xot-son-mes-barats-a-menorca","title":{"rendered":"El peix i la carn de xot s\u00f3n m\u00e9s barats a Menorca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;Observatori de Preus de la Direcci\u00f3 General de Pol\u00edtiques per a la Sobirania Aliment\u00e0ria ha publicat el quart informe i ha detectat que l\u2019illa de Menorca \u00e9s on la carn de xot i el peix s\u00f3n, en general, m\u00e9s barats si els comparam entre els mercats de les altres illes de les Balears.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019observatori fa an\u00e0lisis dels preus dels productes locals, i recull dades de cinc grans superf\u00edcies, dues botigues de proximitat i nou mercats municipals (el de l\u2019Olivar, Santa Catalina, Pere Garau, Manacor, Felanitx, S\u00f3ller, Inca, Ciutadella i el nou d\u2019Eivissa). A les grans superf\u00edcies, sobretot, hi ha molta varietat d\u2019un mateix producte i per tant, si \u00e9s fresc, s\u2019agafa la refer\u00e8ncia del que tingui la categoria superior; si \u00e9s envasat, s\u2019agafa el preu del producte de marca blanca de preu inferior. A la vegada, s\u2019identifica tamb\u00e9 clarament si \u00e9s producte local si aix\u00ed ho posa de forma clara, i tamb\u00e9 s\u2019anota si no hi ha exist\u00e8ncies de certs productes per fer seguiment de l\u2019abastiment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Les dades recollides correspon a la setmana del 28 d\u2019abril<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Carn<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a la carn, l\u2019Observatori ha detectat que a les grans superf\u00edcies el preu del xot s\u2019ha mantingut estable respecte al principi de la crisi. Aix\u00ed, per exemple, el preu del xot sencer (10 a 12 quilos) es ven a 8,99 euros\/quilo (un c\u00e8ntim m\u00e9s car respecte el 24 de mar\u00e7), mentre que el quilo de costelles de xot es ven a 18,27 euros\/quilo (0,14 euros\/quilo m\u00e9s respecte al de 24 de mar\u00e7). La cuixa de xot s\u00ed que ha experimentat una lleugera davallada de preus, ja que ara es ven a 9,65 euros\/quilo, mentre que al principi de la crisi es venia a 11,11 euros\/quilo. En algunes grans superf\u00edcies tamb\u00e9 s\u2019ha detectat la venda de porcella negra a un preu molt semblant a la blanca, aix\u00ed com la introducci\u00f3 de xot ecol\u00f2gic com a producte nou.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa als mercats, s\u2019ha detectat una lleugera davallada de preus en el xot. Per exemple, el xot sencer ha davallat 0,08 euros\/quilo respecte al principi de la crisi, i es ven ara a 11,80 euros\/quilo; les costelles mantenen el preu en 20,79 euros\/quilo; i la cuixa ha davallat 0,36 euros\/quilo, i es ven ara a 9,27 euros\/quilo. La porcella, per la seva part, ha davallat 7,93 euros\/quilo respecte al principi de la crisi, i es ven ara a 73,30 euros\/quilo. A Menorca, no obstant aix\u00f2, es detecta un manteniment dels preus del xot. En el mercat de Ciutadella es ven el xot sencer a 6 euros\/quilo, el mateix preu que respecte el 14 d\u2019abril; les costelles mantenen el preu en 12,5 euros\/quilo; i la cuixa a 9 euros\/quilo, tamb\u00e9 igual. En algunes grans superf\u00edcies, per exemple, les costelles de xot es venen a 14,95 euros\/quilo, 2,45 euros\/quilo m\u00e9s cares que al mercat. En el cas d\u2019Eivissa s\u00ed que s\u2019ha detectat un lleuger augment del preu del xot. Aix\u00ed, el xot sencer ha apujat 0,20 euros\/quilo, i es ven ara 11,50 euros\/quilo; les costelles es venen a 19,90 euros quilo, gaireb\u00e9 un euro m\u00e9s cares que fa unes setmanes; i, per contra, la cuixa de xot, ha davallat un euros\/quilo i es ven a 10,90 euros. Si comparam el preu del xot en els mercats de les tres illes, detectam doncs que a Menorca \u00e9s on es ven m\u00e9s barat, tan sencer com en costelles o per cuixa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Peix<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>El preu del peix a les grans superf\u00edcies de Mallorca ha experimentat una davallada. Aix\u00ed, per exemple, la s\u00e8pia ha davallat 0,34 euros\/quilo, i es ven ara a 20,93 euros\/quilo; i la sardina es ven 5 euros\/quilo m\u00e9s barata que al principi de la crisi. Per contra, el gerret ha apujat de preu m\u00e9s d\u20191,30 euros\/quilo, i es ven ara a 8,30 euros\/quilo. En canvi, en els mercats, el peix ha apujat de preu (nom\u00e9s el del gerret s\u2019ha mantingut) en els casos tant de la s\u00e8pia, la sardina, el llu\u00e7 i l\u2019aladroc.<\/p>\n<p>En el cas del mercat de Ciutadella, a Menorca, els preus en general s\u2019han mantingut o han davallat una mica. Per exemple, el gerret es mant\u00e9 a 4 euros\/quilo; la s\u00e8pia ha davallat 2 euros\/quilo, i es ven ara a 20 euros\/quilo; la sardina es mant\u00e9 a 12 euros\/quilo; i el llu\u00e7 ha davallat 2 euros\/quilo, i se ven ara a 13 euros\/quilo. Pel que fa al mercat d\u2019Eivissa, alguns preus han davallat, especialment el cas de la s\u00e8pia (gaireb\u00e9 7 euros\/quilo), mentre que el llu\u00e7 ha apujat dos euros\/quilo, i es ven ara a 21,90 euros\/quilo.<\/p>\n<p>Si comparam els preus dels mercats de les tres illes, l\u2019Observatori ha detectat que, en general, en el mercat de Menorca \u00e9s on trobam el peix m\u00e9s barat. Aquest fet es podria atribuir a la inexist\u00e8ncia d\u2019una marca que agrupi les confraries de pescadors, com s\u00ed que passa, per exemple, a Eivissa.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Fruita i verdura<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els preus de la fruita han experimentat un augment la darrera setmana, coincidint amb el final de la temporada dels productes fins ara observats, \u00e9s a dir, llimones i taronges. Aix\u00ed, per exemple, a Mallorca, a les grans superf\u00edcies, hem trobat taronges a 1,54 euros\/quilo (0,20 euros m\u00e9s cares que al principi de la crisi) i llimones a 2,39 euros\/quilo (0,66 euros m\u00e9s cares que al principi de la crisi). Als mercats, per exemple, les taronges han apujat 0,66 euros\/quilo respecte al principi de la crisi, i ara es venen a 1,93 euros\/quilo. A les botigues de proximitat s\u2019han mantingut de preu. A Menorca, al mercat de Ciutadella, s\u2019ha observat que les taronges han apujat 0,10 euros\/quilo i ara es venen a 1,50 euros\/quilo, mentre que al mercat d\u2019Eivissa es mantenen de preu a 1 euro el quilo. Aquest preu fa que sigui l\u2019illa de tot l\u2019arxip\u00e8lag on es venen les taronges m\u00e9s barates.<\/p>\n<p>El proper informe de l\u2019Observatori de Preus recollir\u00e0 els preus de les fruites que comencen la seva temporada com s\u00f3n l\u2019albercoc, la cirera, la maduixa, el melicot\u00f3, el mel\u00f3 (el calapoter, el groc i el marina), el nispro, la pera (la de Sant Joan i les altres), la poma (la Royal Gala, la Golden i les altres), les prunes (de frare, la groga i la vermella), el ra\u00efm i la s\u00edndria.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a la verdura, a les grans superf\u00edcies en general es detecta una davallada de preus, com el del pebre blanc, la tom\u00e0tiga de ramellet, la lletuga o el carabass\u00f3. En els mercats s\u2019observa un manteniment de preus amb una certa tend\u00e8ncia a la pujada en certs productes com, per exemple, les bledes (a 1,10 euros\/manat), el pebre blanc mallorqu\u00ed (1,48 euros\/quilo m\u00e9s car que al principi de la crisi) o la tom\u00e0tiga de ramellet (0,45 euros\/quilo m\u00e9s car que al principi de la crisi). A les botigues de proximitat en general es mantenen els preus dels productes, per\u00f2 s\u00ed que es detecta que puja de preu la carxofa, un fet que coincideix amb el final de la seva temporada. Pel que fa als mercats d\u2019Eivissa i de Mallorca, es detecta un manteniment dels preus amb una certa tend\u00e8ncia a la baixa d\u2019alguns productes, com la tom\u00e0tiga de ramellet, la d\u2019ensalada, el carabass\u00f3 i les bledes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Altres productes<br \/>\n<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a la llet, a les grans superf\u00edcies es ven la local a 0,83 euros\/litre (just 3 c\u00e8ntims\/litre m\u00e9s cara que al principi de la crisi), mentre que a les botigues de proximitat es mant\u00e9 de preu en els 0,97 euros\/litre.
