La primera se centra en les receptes m\u00e9s emblem\u00e0tiques que va concebre per al restaurant\u00a0<strong>Porto Pi de Palma\u00a0<\/strong>-avui dia desaparegut-, que va regentar del 1996 al 2006 i amb el qual va guanyar una estrella Michelin. A la segona part, hi exposa elaboracions il\u00b7lustrades amb imatges m\u00e0giques realitzades pel fot\u00f2graf\u00a0<strong>David Ralita<\/strong>, i al tercer i darrer bloc hi ha agrupat les receptes que ha preparat\u00a0 de plats concebuts en la seva \u00faltima etapa a\u00a0<strong>Formentera<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Les receptes s\u00f3n importants -afirma Jacinto del Valle- per\u00f2 d&#8217;all\u00f2 que estic orgull\u00f3s \u00e9s d&#8217;haver conegut a gent com els meus mestres\u00a0<strong>Tomeu Esteva<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Antoni Pinya<\/strong>, com tamb\u00e9 el cuiner\u00a0<strong>Tom\u00e1s Franco<\/strong>\u00a0del restaurant Mediterr\u00e1neo 1930,\u00a0<strong>Tino Costa<\/strong>, maitre de Gecko (Formentera), i\u00a0<strong>Sandra Elvira<\/strong>, amb qui he compartit fogons al restaurant formenterer Ca na Joana; persones que m&#8217;han inspirat i m&#8217;han donat suport&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nou projecte a la vista<br \/>\n<\/strong>D&#8217;altra banda, el cuiner explica que est\u00e0 treballant en obrir un nou projecte gastron\u00f2mic a\u00a0<strong>Palma\u00a0<\/strong>que se centrar\u00e0 en\u00a0<strong>esmorzars\u00a0<\/strong>i\u00a0<strong>dinars:<\/strong>\u00a0&#8222;Ser\u00e0 restaurant en un local petit i el\u00a0<strong>bon producte local<\/strong>\u00a0en ser\u00e0 el protagonista&#8220;.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amb l&#8217;arribada de les festes de Nadal, el cuiner\u00a0Jacinto del Valle\u00a0acaba de publicar el seu primer&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":61912,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1050,1476],"tags":[],"coauthors":[],"class_list":["post-61911","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat-es-de","category-reportatges-i-novetats-de"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
