Els pizzaiolos\u00a0<strong>Giulio Lopolitpo<\/strong>, de la Pizzeria Es Fort\u00ed, i\u00a0<strong>Saverio Carducci<\/strong>, d&#8217;Satrigo Portopi, varen rebre el segon i tercer respectivament.<\/p>\n<p>El concurs est\u00e0 organitzat per l&#8217;empresa distribuidora de farina Hijos de Ramon Oliver i la seva divisi\u00f3 de productes italians Il Groto.\u00a0El pizzaiolo Davide Perniciaro va obtenir un premi de 1.500 \u20ac en met\u00e0l\u00b7lic i una inscripci\u00f3 directa en el Campionat del M\u00f3n de Pizza 2020 que se celebrar\u00e0 a Parma (It\u00e0lia), un guard\u00f3 que inclou els vols i l&#8217;allotjament.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>jurat\u00a0<\/strong>va estar format per especialistes del m\u00f3n de la pizza i la cuina italiana com\u00a0<strong>Nicoletta Negrini<\/strong>\u00a0(directora executiva de Negrini),\u00a0<strong>Antonia Ricciardi\u00a0<\/strong>(presidenta de la Universit\u00e0 della Pizza Italiana nel Mondo),\u00a0<strong>Jose\u0301 Miguel Moragues<\/strong>\u00a0(gerent de La Casa Italiana),\u00a0<strong>Riccardo Donina<\/strong>\u00a0(director general de Soster Ibe\u0301rica),\u00a0<strong>Stefano Cosignani<\/strong>\u00a0(responsable de Pizza School) i\u00a0<strong>Danilo Pagano\u00a0<\/strong>(campi\u00f3 mundial de pizza acrob\u00e0tica), que varen tenir en compte els factors seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Gust<\/li>\n<li>Cocci\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>Presentaci\u00f3 est\u00e8tica general<\/li>\n<li>Equilibri i qualitat de tots els ingredients usats<\/li>\n<li>Maduraci\u00f3 i digeribilidad de la massa<\/li>\n<li>Equilibri i tipologia d&#8217;ingredients usats (recepta de la salsa de tom\u00e0tiga, tipus de mozzarelles i utilitzaci\u00f3 correcta, etc.)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Les 12 pizzeries que han disputat la gran final han estat:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Giuseppe Ferraro, del restaurant Sergio (Palma)<\/li>\n<li>Sylvain Cohuet, de pizzeria El 44 (ses Salines) \u2013 guanyador 1a edici\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>Giulio Lopolitpo, de Pizzeria es Fort\u00ed (Palma)<\/li>\n<li>Gesu\u00e9 Borrielo, de Ristorante Piccolo Sogno (Llucmajor)<\/li>\n<li>Manuel Caporale, de Bianco e Rosso (Palma)<\/li>\n<li>Fiorenzo Vivaldi, de Ristorante Pizzeria Vivaldi (Calvi\u00e0) \u2013 guanyador 2a edici\u00f3<\/li>\n<li>Bogdan Valer, de Restaurante L&#8217;A (Palma)<\/li>\n<li>Alfonso Gai, de Pizzer\u00eda Il Peperone (Santany\u00ed)<\/li>\n<li>Saverio Carducci, de Satrigo Porto P\u00ed (Palma)<\/li>\n<li>Andrea Moretto, de Trattoria dil Porto (Portocristo)<\/li>\n<li>Davide Perniciaro, de Restaurante La Bella Italia &#8211; Pasta Fresca (Palma)<\/li>\n<li>Vincenzo Clemente, de Satrigo Marratx\u00ed (Marratx\u00ed)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>L&#8217;Antic Parc de Bombers de Palma va acollir la final del concurs La Millor Pizza de&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":62634,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"gallery","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1050,1480],"tags":[],"coauthors":[],"class_list":["post-62633","post","type-post","status-publish","format-gallery","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat-es-de","category-concursos-i-premis-de","post_format-post-format-gallery"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
