La final es va celebrar l&#8217;1 de mar\u00e7, en el marc dels actes del Dia de les Illes Balears, concretament a l&#8217;entorn del Parc de la Mar de Palma.<\/p>\n<p>Can Rafel, se n&#8217;ha duit de premi 1.000 kilos de farina, mentre que els forns que varen guanyar el segon i tercer premi,\u00a0<strong>Can Pons d&#8217;es Mercadal<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Ca na Juanaineta d&#8217;Alar\u00f3<\/strong>, s&#8217;han estat guardonats amb 500 i 250 quilos respectivament.<\/p>\n<p>Cada un dels membres del jurat va tastar les ensa\u00efmades presentades pels\u00a0<strong>10 finalistes<\/strong>, que varen ser\u00a0Forn Ca&#8217;n Beny\u00f3 (Manacor), Forn Can Rafel (B\u00fager), Pastisseria Can Pons (es Mercadal, Menorca), Forn i Pastisseria Son Campos (Palma),\u00a0 Forn Ca na Juanaineta (Alar\u00f3), Forn Ca&#8217;n Pau (Llucmajor), Herbera Bakery (Ciutadella, Menorca), Pastisseria Real (Palma), Forn Ca&#8217;n Banya (Pollen\u00e7a) i Forn Can Segura (Muro).<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pep Magraner<\/strong>\u00a0va dirigir el tast d&#8217;ensa\u00efmades que es presentaven al jurat, que va estar format per\u00a0<strong>Llu\u00eds Brunet<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0Joan Segura<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Xisco Moranta<\/strong>\u00a0de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Forners i Pastissers de Balears;\u00a0<strong>Andreu Aulet<\/strong>, expert gastron\u00f2mic;\u00a0<strong>Joan Fornari<\/strong>, propietari del Forn Gelabert, guanyador de la II edici\u00f3 del Campionat Mundial de Ensa\u00efmades;\u00a0<strong>Joan Segu\u00ed<\/strong>, propietari del Forn de Sant Francesc, guanyador de la I edici\u00f3 del Campionat Mundial de Ensa\u00efmades;\u00a0<strong>Manel Cort\u00e9s<\/strong>, assessor t\u00e8cnic de panificaci\u00f3 i director de Formaci\u00f3 del Gremi de Flequers de la prov\u00edncia de Barcelona i de l&#8217;Escola Andreu Llargues; i\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Luis Mateo<\/strong>, exdirector de l&#8217;Escola d&#8217;Hoteleria de les Illes Balears.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El forn\u00a0Can Rafel de B\u00fager\u00a0ha guanyat el\u00a0primer premi\u00a0del\u00a0Campionat Mundial d&#8217;Ensa\u00efmada 2019<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":64629,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"gallery","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1050,1480],"tags":[],"coauthors":[],"class_list":["post-65705","post","type-post","status-publish","format-gallery","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat-es-de","category-concursos-i-premis-de","post_format-post-format-gallery"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.5 -
