El xef\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/koldo.royo\/\">Koldo Royo<\/a>\u00a0\u00e9s tota una figura a Mallorca, que durant molts d&#8217;anys va tenir una Estrella Michelin al seu restaurant. Un basc que ho ha aconseguit tot i que ha sabut no sols reinventar-se ell mateix, sin\u00f3 impulsar tot el col\u00b7lectiu de cuiners de les Illes Balears.Miquel Vicens, de malnom Calent, tot un referent culinari a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/es-es.facebook.com\/hashtag\/mallorca\">#Mallorca<\/a>. Coneixedor dels productes i de la saviesa culin\u00e0ria popular que transforma en plats actuals i igualment de deliciosos al\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CanCalent\/\">Restaurant Ca&#8217;n Calent<\/a>\u00a0(Campos) i a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CuitRestaurant\/\">Cuit Restaurant<\/a>\u00a0(Palma).<\/p>\n<p>A les 20 hores comen\u00e7ar\u00e0 la cuina en viu i a les 21 hores es\u00a0comen\u00e7aran a vendre els tiquets per degustar les tapes.Hi haur\u00e0 m\u00fasica en directe, degustacions d&#8216;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/arabaycoffee\/\">Arabay Coffee<\/a>, cervesa natural mallorquina de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CasCerveser\/\">Cas Cerveser,<\/a>, a m\u00e9s dels vins de Butxet Viticultors i del celler\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/CellerSonRamon\/\">Son Ramon<\/a>.
