La competici\u00f3, que enguany celebra la sisena edici\u00f3, pret\u00e9n promocionar l&#8217;Oli de Mallorca a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;alta cuina i en format tapa.<\/p>\n<p>En segona posici\u00f3 ha quedat el cuiner de l&#8216;<strong>Hotel Valldemossa<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Ricardo Rossi<\/strong>, que ha preparat un escamarl\u00e0 confitat en oli de c\u00edtrics amb coca de xeixa i oliva trencada. El tercer premi ha estat per al cuiner\u00a0<strong>Lloren\u00e7 Bagur<\/strong>, de\u00a0<strong>Can Pedro<\/strong>\u00a0de G\u00e8nova (Palma), que ha fet un canel\u00f3 d&#8217;Oli de Mallorca amb tremp\u00f3 i gambes de S\u00f3ller.<\/p>\n<p>El concurs, organitzat per la DO Oli de Mallorca, ha comptat amb un total de 8 participants, com\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Cort\u00e9s<\/strong>\u00a0(restaurant Diablito),\u00a0<strong>Marzio Cambulli<\/strong>\u00a0(Mare by Marzio),\u00a0<strong>Claudio Vargas<\/strong>\u00a0(Beach Club Gran Folies),\u00a0<strong>Marcos R.
