Des del 2006, quan es va obrir aquest forn del Secar de la Real, Pep Trias crea una gran mona de Pasqua. La d&#8217;enguany recrea un forn on viu Ti\u00e0 Llonguet, la caricatura creada per l&#8217;il\u00b7lustrador i dibuixant Rafel Vaquer per promoure aquest tipus de panet t\u00edpic de Palma i, alhora, la Fira del Llonguet, al poble del Pil\u00b7lar\u00ed, que es va impulsar quatre anys enrere.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Una llepolia tamb\u00e9 educativa<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nom\u00e9s per a la figura s&#8217;han emprat 4 kilos de xocolata, explica Pep Trias, que tamb\u00e9 comenta que aquesta dol\u00e7a escultura es traslladar\u00e0 a l&#8217;escola p\u00fablica d&#8217;Establiments on els al\u00b7lots treballaran amb el mestre oneiements relacionats amb el pa, com la farina, i l&#8217;ofici de forner. Despr\u00e9s els al\u00b7lots es menjaran la mona, a excepci\u00f3 de la figura, perqu\u00e8 s&#8217;exposar\u00e0 a la Firal del Llonguet, el proper 29 d&#8217;abril. &#8222;La meva idea, explica Trias, \u00e9s que la gent vegi que els nostres productes s\u00f3n artesans, per\u00f2 ho feim amb una tem\u00e0tica relacionada amb Mallorca i la nostra cultura.
