Aix\u00ed ho acaben de comunicar des de l&#8217;organitzaci\u00f3 del certamen Biolmiel, que se celebra anualment a Bolonya (It\u00e0lia).<\/p>\n<p>Mart\u00ed\u00a0Mascar\u00f3 \u00e9s l&#8217;apicultor i propietari de la\u00a0 firma Caramel de Mallorca. Ha explicat que la mel que va presentar al concurs \u00e9s monofloral d&#8217;alzina i que prov\u00e9 de la finca del Rafal de Plan\u00edcia, al municipi de Banyalbufar, i que es va recol\u00b7lectar el passat mes de juliol de 2017.
