Es tracta d&#8217;un recull de 120 receptes antigues de la cuina de Menorca.<\/p>\n<p>Bep Al\u00b7l\u00e8s s&#8217;ha servit de llibretes de cuina particulars, que han passat de generaci\u00f3 en generaci\u00f3, per elaborar aquest nou llibre, el 25\u00e8 que ha escrit; tamb\u00e9 de la seva fam\u00edlia, com les elaboracions de l&#8217;\u00e0via Irene Serra i Guida Monjo, qui a dia d&#8217;avui t\u00e9 101 anys i, tamb\u00e9 de sa mare, Laura Salv\u00e0. Unes persones cabdals en la formaci\u00f3 i traject\u00f2ria d&#8217;Al\u00b7l\u00e8s perqu\u00e8 li ensenyaren a estimar la cuina menorquina. A m\u00e9s, hi ha receptes de la cuina senyorial de Ca n&#8217;Squella i de Can Saura Miret,, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;elaboracions de l&#8217;antiga Fonda Faner, de l&#8217;hotel Alfons III o de l&#8217;hotel Ses Set Voltes de Santandria, que el seu avi regentava.Tamb\u00e9 hi ha plats de Ramon Cavaller i d&#8217;altres cuiners i estudiosos recuperades a trav\u00e9s de l&#8217;associaci\u00f3 Fra Roger, de la qual n&#8217;\u00e9s un dels fundadors.
