{"id":69811,"date":"2016-12-20T16:12:06","date_gmt":"2016-12-20T15:12:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/consells-per-gaudir-duna-alimentacio-sostenible-saludable-per-nadal"},"modified":"2016-12-20T16:12:06","modified_gmt":"2016-12-20T15:12:06","slug":"consells-per-gaudir-duna-alimentacio-sostenible-saludable-per-nadal","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/consells-per-gaudir-duna-alimentacio-sostenible-saludable-per-nadal","title":{"rendered":"Consells per gaudir d&#8217;una alimentaci\u00f3 sostenible i saludable per Nadal"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Col\u00b7legi Oficial de Dietistes-Nutricionistes de les Illes Balears (CODNIB) vol sensibilitzar la poblaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 prengui consci\u00e8ncia que els excessos en l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 poden ser perjudicials per a la salut, especialment si es t\u00e9 en compte que m\u00e9s de la meitat de la poblaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Estat t\u00e9 exc\u00e9s de pes i que, a m\u00e9s, un gran percentatge t\u00e9 hipertensi\u00f3 o diabetis.<\/p>\n<p>Des del CODNIB expliquen que <strong>els excessos en l&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 durant les festes nadalenques es tradueixen en un elevat consum d&#8217;aliments rics en sucre i greixos poc saludables<\/strong>, i tamb\u00e9 de begudes alcoh\u00f2liques. Aquest excessiu consum d&#8217;aliments d&#8217;origen animal i dol\u00e7os, desplacen a altres com les fruites, verdures i llegums, i pot desequilibrar la nostra dieta.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 alerta sobre l&#8217;impacte que la mala gesti\u00f3 en les compres i en la planificaci\u00f3 dels \u00e0pats pot tenir sobre l&#8217;increment de deixalles alimentaris. &#8222;A Europa s&#8217;estima que els aliments es desaprofiten principalment a la llar (42%) i al conjunt de l&#8217;Estat espanyol s&#8217;estima que cada llar llen\u00e7a 76 kg d&#8217;aliments cada any. El malbaratament d&#8217;aliments suposa un problema \u00e8tic en la societat ja que es menyst\u00e9 el seu potencial nutritiu, a m\u00e9s de l&#8217;impacte negatiu que suposa per a l&#8217;economia dels pa\u00efsos.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;El consumidor ha de prendre consci\u00e8ncia que el mal \u00fas dels aliments incrementa la despesa, afecta negativament al medi ambient i es perd l&#8217;oportunitat d&#8217;aprofitar el seu valor nutritiu&#8220;, apunten des del CODNIB. Els petits gestos poden tenir un gran impacte en l&#8217;entorn, i aix\u00f2 \u00e9s clau per Nadal quan es genera una gran quantitat de residus, especialment de paper, envasos i vidre. Per\u00f2 un dels aspectes que m\u00e9s afecta la sostenibilitat \u00e9s la gran quantitat de deixalles alimentaris que es poden generar a la llar.<\/p>\n<p>El CODNIB convida a la poblaci\u00f3 a seguir aquests consells senzills per <strong>contribuir a un Nadal m\u00e9s sostenible<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planificau la compra d&#8217;aliments sense deixar-se portar per la pressi\u00f3 publicit\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n<li>Comprau aliments que s&#8217;ajustin a les prefer\u00e8ncies de comensals, les seves edats i estat de salut.<\/li>\n<li>Ajustau la quantitat d&#8217;aliments a la capacitat de conservaci\u00f3 en congelaci\u00f3 i refrigeraci\u00f3.<\/li>\n<li>Assegurau els aliments d&#8217;origen vegetal en tots els \u00e0pats, i redu\u00efu la pres\u00e8ncia de productes d&#8217;origen animal, especialment carns i derivats.<\/li>\n<li>No sobredimensioneu les racions ni la quantitat d&#8217;entrants, ja que s&#8217;incrementen les deixalles aliment\u00e0ries dif\u00edcilment reutilitzables.<\/li>\n<li>Adquiriu aliments de temporada i de producci\u00f3 local o proximitat, per aix\u00f2 cal que llegiu la informaci\u00f3 que acompanya els aliments.<\/li>\n<li>Adquiriu preferentment aliments a granel, abans que envasats i, en tot cas, reciclar paper, envasos i vidre.<\/li>\n<li>Si \u00e9s possible, adquiriu aliments de producci\u00f3 ecol\u00f2gica i de proximitat, especialment les fruites i hortalisses.<\/li>\n<li>Reutilitzau els aliments cuinats i que han sobrat en els menjars especials d&#8217;aquestes festes, seguint les premisses d&#8217;higiene en preparaci\u00f3 i cuinat, i refrigerau-los o congelau-los el m\u00e9s aviat possible.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Fer festa no ha d&#8217;estar enfrontat amb cuidar la salut, per aix\u00f2 el CODNIB d\u00f3na alguns <strong>consells per gaudir d&#8217;un Nadal saludable<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Si hi ha un sopar especial, feis un \u00e0pat lleuger i preneu alguna cosa a mitja tarda, per no arribar amb molta gana.<\/li>\n<li>El millor refrigeri \u00e9s la fruita fresca.<\/li>\n<li>No abuseu de les salses, dol\u00e7os nadalencs, refrescos amb sucre o begudes amb alcohol.<\/li>\n<li>Com menys alcohol, millor.<\/li>\n<li>Per organitzar aquest menjar especial, cal inlcoure, a m\u00e9s dels entrants t\u00edpics, algunes propostes a base d&#8217;hortalisses, i preferir els peixos i aus a altres carns greixos, amb guarnici\u00f3 de verdures crues o cuinades, per acabar amb unes postres a base de fruites variades presentades de una manera especial. Per exemple: Sopa de Nadal, amanida de fulles tendres d&#8217;enciams, pollastre farcit de fruits secs i orellanes, guarnici\u00f3 de llombarda i pur\u00e9 de moniato, arc de sant Mart\u00ed de fruites de temporada, i dol\u00e7os nadalencs.<\/li>\n<li>Serviu racions adaptades a l&#8217;edat, situaci\u00f3 personal de salut i prefer\u00e8ncies.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 recorda la conveni\u00e8ncia de fer exercici f\u00edsic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Projecci\u00f3 i col\u00b7loqui<\/strong><br \/>\nA m\u00e9s a m\u00e9s, aquestes festes de Nadal, el CODNIB ha organitzat la projecci\u00f3 de la pel\u00b7l\u00edcula <em>SustainablEating<\/em>.
