Forn i Tradici\u00f3<\/strong> per identificar el pa artesanal de forn. Amb aquesta mesura es promour\u00e0 que el consumidor pugui <strong>diferenciar el pa fet a un forn del pa industrial que se ven a moltes benzineries i supermercats. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Els responsables d&#8217;aquesta iniciativa s\u00f3n l&#8216;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.idi.es\">Institut d&#8217;Innovaci\u00f3 Empresarial<\/a> (<span class=\"capcelera-textes\">IDI) del <a href=\"http:\/\/www.caib.cat\">Govern de les Illes Balears<\/a> i l\u2019<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fornersipastissers.com\">Associaci\u00f3 de Forners i Pastissers de les Illes Balears<\/a><\/span><span class=\"capcelera-textes\">. La presentaci\u00f3 ha tingut lloc el dilluns 21 de novembre a l&#8217;Escola d&#8217;Hoteleria de les Illes Balears amb una jornada que ha incl\u00f2s <\/span><span class=\"bloc-textes\">dues xerrades destinades a professionals del sector de forners i pastissers, de la restauraci\u00f3, i a estudiants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/pa_daqui_idi.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-18385 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/pa_daqui_idi-300x183.jpg\" alt=\"pa_daqui_idi\" width=\"300\" height=\"183\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/pa_daqui_idi-300x183.jpg 300w, https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/pa_daqui_idi-82x50.jpg 82w, https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/pa_daqui_idi.jpg 600w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;una <span class=\"bloc-textes\">banda es va fer un tast comentat d\u2019una selecci\u00f3 de pans balears, a c\u00e0rrec de <strong>Pere Fabreg\u00e0<\/strong>, <\/span><span class=\"bloc-textes\">actualment pannier (especialista en pans) de <a href=\"https:\/\/panatics.com\/\">Pan\u00e0tics<\/a>. Ha estat forner durant m\u00e9s de vint-i-cinc anys i ara s\u2019ha especialitzat en maridatges de pans. \u00c9s assessor de processos de qualitat en producci\u00f3 del sector dels forns, i col\u00b7laborador a les principals fires gastron\u00f2miques i de restauraci\u00f3. Ha treballat amb xefs maridant diferent tipus de pans amb els plats que se serveixen, i amb els caps de sala per al servei correcte del pa. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>El gerent de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Forners i Pastissers de les Illes Balears, <strong>Pep Magraner<\/strong>, ha comentat que &#8222;la marca gr\u00e0fica vol distingir i posar en valor els forns amb obrador amb un 70% de productes d\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 pr\u00f2pia de la resta d\u2019establiments que tamb\u00e9 ofereixen pa al consumidor&#8220;. Unes paraules que ha remarcat el president de l&#8217;entitat <strong>Sebasti\u00e0 Camps<\/strong>, propietari del Forn de la Gl\u00f2ria de Palma.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Presentacio-PadAqui.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter size-blog-image wp-image-18405\" src=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Presentacio-PadAqui-640x300.jpg\" alt=\"presentacio-padaqui\" width=\"640\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Presentacio-PadAqui-640x300.jpg 640w, https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/11\/Presentacio-PadAqui-820x385.jpg 820w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>El Conseller de Treball, <strong>Iago Negueruela<\/strong> ha destacat que hi ha prop de 6.000 persones fent feina en el sector, que actualment compta amb devers 280 forns, que distribueixen pa a prop de 600 punts de venda. L&#8217;objectiu \u00e9s posar en valor el pa tradicional davant dels productes industrials precuinats que han proliferat els \u00faltims anys.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"bloc-textes\">D&#8217;altra banda, hi hagu\u00e9 diferents xerrades d&#8217;especialistes moderades i presentades per <\/span><span class=\"bloc-textes\">Anuska Men\u00e9ndez, especialista en <em>storytelling<\/em> i tend\u00e8ncies de consum. La primera va ser impartida per <\/span><span class=\"bloc-textes\">Mar\u00eda G\u00f3mez, experta en marca personal, qui va parlar de la marca com a pe\u00e7a clau de l&#8217;\u00e8xit tant a nivell corporatiu com personal. La segona va tenir com a ponent el mateix Pere Fabreg\u00e0, que se es va centrar en el m<\/span><span class=\"bloc-textes\">aridatge i presentaci\u00f3 dels pans a la taula.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>La marca es va crear a partir d&#8217;un concurs entre els alumnes de l&#8217;Escola EDIB de les especialitats de disseny gr\u00e0fic, fotografia, producci\u00f3 d\u2019audiovisuals i disseny d\u2019interiors, durant el curs escolar 2012-13, la guanyadora del qual ha estat l\u2019alumna de l\u2019EDIB <strong>Carlota de Santiago<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Properament es durant a terme diferents accions per incidir en el consum de pa elaborat als forns de les Illes Balears.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>S&#8217;acaba de presentar la marca Pa d&#8217;Aqu\u00ed.
