{"id":70319,"date":"2016-03-22T16:58:08","date_gmt":"2016-03-22T15:58:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/creix-la-comercialitzacio-de-loliva-de-mallorca"},"modified":"2016-03-22T16:58:08","modified_gmt":"2016-03-22T15:58:08","slug":"creix-la-comercialitzacio-de-loliva-de-mallorca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/creix-la-comercialitzacio-de-loliva-de-mallorca","title":{"rendered":"Creix la comercialitzaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;Oliva de Mallorca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El Consell Regulador de la DOP Oliva de Mallorca ha presentat\u00a0 les dades corresponents a 2015 en una roda de premsa a la que ha assistit al conseller de Medi Ambient, Agricultura i Pesca, Vicen\u00e7 Vidal, el director general d\u2019Agricultura i Ramaderia, Mateu Ginard.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0 president de la DOP Oliva de Mallorca, Miquel Gual, va indicar que <strong>des de la constituci\u00f3 del consell regulador no han deixat d\u2019augmentar el nombre d\u2019explotacions, d\u2019oliveres i superf\u00edcie adscrite<\/strong>s, no nom\u00e9s d\u2019explotacions que ja es dedicaven a la producci\u00f3 d\u2019oliva, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 d\u2019arbres fins al moment abandonats, aspecte que fa que el paper de les marques adscrites a la\u00a0 DOP Oliva de Mallorca traspassin l\u2019\u00e0mbit comercial per assolir un paper important en la conservaci\u00f3 del paisatge de la Serra de Tramuntana, donat que un dels requisits de la DOP \u00e9s que els arbres siguin de la varietat mallorquina i de m\u00e9s de 70 anys.<br \/>\nUn\u00a0 altre dels objectius d\u2019Oliva de Mallorca \u00e9s que els pagesos siguin recompensats per la \u00e0rdua tasca que significa treballar a un olivar de muntanya, amb gran part de la feina manual,\u00a0 amb un millor preu per l\u2019oliva. Aix\u00ed, el preu de l\u2019oliva DOP ha apujat un 20%, passant d\u20191,80 \u20ac a 2,30 \u20ac.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/DO-OLIVA-DE-MALLORCA.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" \/><\/p>\n<p>La singularitat de d\u2019un olivar de muntanya com el d\u2019Oliva de Mallorca fa que s\u2019alternin anys d\u2019esplet amb anys de buit, d\u2019aqu\u00ed les difer\u00e8ncies en les dades de producci\u00f3 d\u2019un any cap un altre. Aix\u00ed si a l\u2019any 2014 es va produir un total de 12.954 kg d\u2019oliva, a l\u2019any 2015 foren 19.3012 kg que es comercialitzaren en les varietats verda sencera, verda trencada i negra natural.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>L&#8217;ANY 2014 ES VA PRODUIR UN TOTAL DE 12.954 KG MENTRE QUE L&#8217;ANY FOREN 19.3012 KG<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Per la seva part el conseller de Medi Ambient, Agricultura i Pesca , Vicen\u00e7 Vidal va assenyalar que les dades de producci\u00f3 i la pujada del preu per als pagesos demostren que la DOP Oliva de Mallorca est\u00e0 aportant un valor afegit, una distinci\u00f3 al mercat que permet que de cada vegada siguin m\u00e9s els olivars en producci\u00f3, amb m\u00e9s hect\u00e0rees cuidades i donant valor a les produccions de qualitat i
