{"id":70588,"date":"2015-09-15T20:37:09","date_gmt":"2015-09-15T18:37:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/la-dieta-mediterrania-pot-reduir-fins-dues-terceres-parts-el-risc-de-patir-cancer-de-mama"},"modified":"2015-09-15T20:37:09","modified_gmt":"2015-09-15T18:37:09","slug":"la-dieta-mediterrania-pot-reduir-fins-dues-terceres-parts-el-risc-de-patir-cancer-de-mama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/la-dieta-mediterrania-pot-reduir-fins-dues-terceres-parts-el-risc-de-patir-cancer-de-mama","title":{"rendered":"La dieta mediterr\u00e0nia pot reduir fins a dues terceres parts el risc de patir c\u00e0ncer de mama"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Un estudi coordinat per la Universitat de Navarra ha demostrat que la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia redueix en dues terceres parts el risc de patir c\u00e0ncer de mama.<\/p>\n<p>El catedr\u00e0tic de Medicina Preventiva i Salut P\u00fablica, Miguel \u00c1ngel Mart\u00ednez-Gonz\u00e1lez ha explicat que es tracta del primer treball cient\u00edfic que demostra a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;un assaig aleoteritat el valor previentiu de la dieta mediterr\u00e0nia contra el c\u00e0ncer de mama.<\/p>\n<p>Les participants, 4.282 dones procedents de tot Espanya, van seguir tres tipus de dieta:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Mediterr\u00e0nia rica en oli d&#8217;oliva verge extra<\/li>\n<li>Mediterr\u00e0nia complementada amb fruita seca<\/li>\n<li>Una recomanaci\u00f3 de dieta baixa en greixos per al grup de control.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>En els dos primers casos els resultats confirmen que s&#8217;obt\u00e9 una menor incid\u00e8ncia de la malaltia que \u00e9s gaireb\u00e9 la tercera part que en el grup control. Segons els autors de l&#8217;estudi, <strong>l&#8217;assignaci\u00f3 de les participants al patr\u00f3 de dieta mediterr\u00e0nia ric en oli d&#8217;oliva verge \u2013on aquest suposi almenys el 15% de l&#8217;energia ingerida\u2013 explica en gran part la protecci\u00f3 aconseguida contra el c\u00e0ncer de mama.<\/strong>\u00a0\u00a0 El doctor\u00a0 Mart\u00ednez-Gonz\u00e1lez apunta que &#8222;tot aix\u00f2 malgrat que el grup control, o grup de comparaci\u00f3, tamb\u00e9 va seguir una dieta ja de per si saludable, el que apunta que els resultats podrien haver estat encara m\u00e9s significatius si s&#8217;hagu\u00e9s comparat amb un patr\u00f3 de dieta com el que se segueix en pa\u00efsos occidentals no mediterranis&#8220;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>LA DIETA MEDITERR\u00c0NIA \u00c9S RICA EN OLI D&#8217;OLIVA VERGE EXTRA<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Aquests resultats concorden amb els obtinguts en estudis observacionals, alguns d&#8217;aquests fet a Espanya i finan\u00e7ats tamb\u00e9 per l&#8217;Institut de Salut Carlos III, que ara arriben al nivell m\u00e9s alt d&#8217;evid\u00e8ncia cient\u00edfica al tractar-se d&#8217;un assaig cl\u00ednic aleatoritzat.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;estudi ha estat publicat per la revista <em>JAMA Internal Medicine<\/em> i ha estat coordinada per la Universitat de Navarra dins l&#8217;estudi multic\u00e8ntric Prevenci\u00f3 amb Dieta Mediterr\u00e0nia (Predimed) i el Centre d&#8217;Investigaci\u00f3 Biom\u00e8dica a Xarxa-Fisiopatologia de l&#8217;Obesidad i la Nutrici\u00f3 CIBERobn. Han participat a la recerca el Servei Narrav\u00e8s de Salut (Osasunbidea) i la Universidad Rovira i Virgili de Tarragona, com tamb\u00e9 altres centres adscrits a la xarxa d&#8217;investigadors PREDIMED.<\/p>\n<p>Estefania Toledo, investigadora de la Facultat de Medicina de la Universitat de Navarra i primera autora de l&#8217;estudi apunta que del total de la mostra, nom\u00e9s hi va haver 35 casos diagnosticats de la malaltia. &#8222;Tenint en compte que el c\u00e0ncer de mama \u00e9s la malaltia que m\u00e9s anys de vida resta a les dones a Espanya una de cada tretze dones desenvolupar\u00e0 aquest tumor alguna vegada a la vida\u2013 els resultats de l&#8217;estudi suposen un gran pas en el camp de la prevenci\u00f3&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p><iframe
