En aquesta entrevista coneixem una mica m\u00e9s aquest producte.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Qu\u00e8 \u00e9s &#8218;Garaje&#8216;?<\/strong><br \/>\n&#8218;Garaje&#8216; \u00e9s una edici\u00f3 especial d&#8217;una de les nostres cerveses artesanes naturals que hem volgut dedicadar a tots els cervesers artesans.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" alt=\"\" src=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/05\/cerveza-garaje-cas-cerveser.jpg\" title=\"Cerveza Garaje Cas Cerveser\" class=\"alignright\" width=\"175\"  \/><strong>D&#8217;on surt el nom?<\/strong><br \/>\nAquest nom es deu a unes <a href=\"http:\/\/www.eleconomista.es\/interstitial\/volver\/206678662\/emprendedores-pymes\/noticias\/5920462\/07\/14\/Damm-alerta-del-crecimiento-de-los-artesanos-cerveceros.html\" title=\"Declaracions Demetrio Carceller president Cerveseria Damm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">declaracions de Demetrio Carceller<\/a>, president de la cerveseria Damm, en qu\u00e8 deia estar preocupat per la qualitat de les cerveses artesanes. En aquestes declaracions, comentava que les cerveses artesanes es feien dins garatges. Ara b\u00e9, les &#8218;males lleng\u00fces&#8216; pensen que el que li preocupa a aquest senyor \u00e9s l&#8217;augment de quota de mercat de les cerveses artesanes&#8230;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Realment la feis en un garatge?<\/strong><br \/>\nL&#8217;elaboram en un local reformat per complir amb les caracter\u00edstiques tecnicosanit\u00e0ries que exigeixen les autoritats municipals, la Conselleria de Sanitat, la d&#8217;Ind\u00fastria, la d&#8217;Agricultura i la depend\u00e8ncia regional de Duanes i impostos especials de l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia Tribut\u00e0ria. Per\u00f2 no, no \u00e9s un garatge, tot i que anteriorment va ser una ferreria i abans creiem que era un taller.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;LES CERVESERIES ARTESANES HAN DE SEGUIR LES MATEIXES EXIG\u00c8NCIES SANIT\u00c0RIES QUE LES GRANS CERVESERIES&#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Quin protocol higienicosanitari seguiu?<\/strong><br \/>\nEl que ens exigeix la conselleria de Sanitat. S\u00f3n els mateixos requeriments per a una cerveseria artesana, com Cas cerveser, com per a una cerveseria gran.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mirant el nom de la cervesa &#8218;Garaje&#8216; entenem que us preneu les declaracions amb rialles.<\/strong><br \/>\nAix\u00ed \u00e9s.
