M&#8217;encanta degustar un bon pa amb un raig d&#8217;un bon oli i sentir la intensa olor que fan els pans que sol preparar de farina integral ecol\u00f2gica.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;SIMPLEMENT AMB UNA BONA FARINA, AIGUA I LLEVAT ACONSEGUIREM UN PA FANT\u00c0STIC&#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Guanyares el concurs amb la recepta de pa miracle. Qu\u00e8 t\u00e9 d&#8217;especial?<\/strong><br \/>\nEstic segura que per a molts de nosaltres fer pa a casa encara \u00e9s una tasca pendent. Fer pa, al contrari del que molts puguin pensar, no \u00e9s gens labori\u00f3s ni s&#8217;han d&#8217;adquirir molt coneixements. Simplement amb una bona farina, aigua i llevat aconseguirem un pa fant\u00e0stic. El pa miracle \u00e9s la recepta perfecta per a introduir-se en el m\u00f3n del pa, ja que t&#8217;ensenya que no fa falta amassar ni tovar excessivament la massa per a aconseguir bons resultats.<\/p>\n<p><strong>El darrer regal que t&#8217;ha arribat per a la cuina \u00e9s&#8230;<\/strong><br \/>\nCasualment, ha estat un llibre que recoman 100% a tothom que sigui <em>panarra<\/em> o vulgui introduir-se dins aquest m\u00f3n. Es tracta del llibre <em><a title=\"Pan Casero llibre d'Iban Yarza\" href=\"http:\/\/www.larousse.es\/index.php?opcion=ficha&amp;obrcod=2689540\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Pan casero<\/a><\/em>\u00a0d&#8217;Iban Yarza. \u00c9s un llibre en qu\u00e8 l&#8217;autor ens explica l&#8217;amor que va sentir quan, mesclant tres ingredients, en va sortir el seu primer pa i, des de llavors, no ha pogut parar. Amb infinitats de receptes, explicacions clares i m\u00e9s de 850 fotografies. A m\u00e9s del llibre, per fi he adquirit el meu primer <em>baneton<\/em>, un recipient apropiat per a tovar la massa en la segona fermentaci\u00f3 i poder fer uns pans espectaculars a la vista.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8222;S\u00d3C UNA GRAN DEFENSORA DEL PRODUCTE LOCAL I DE TEMPORADA, PER AIX\u00d2 SEMPRE QUE PUC EN FAIG DIFUSI\u00d3&#8220;<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>Els teus escrits sobre els macarons (petits dol\u00e7os de pasta) ens deixaren bocabadats. Quina ser\u00e0 la propera recepta que preparar\u00e0s?<\/strong><br \/>\nFer dol\u00e7os m&#8217;encanta, i si s\u00f3n receptes complicades i que em suposin un repte encara m\u00e9s, com en el cas dels macarons. Ara m&#8217;he endinsat dins el m\u00f3n dels pastissos creatius i m&#8217;encanta fer-los deixant volar la imaginaci\u00f3. De totes maneres, el que ara em volta pel cap \u00e9s cuinar a baixa temperatura i envassat al buit, perqu\u00e8 els aliments no perdin cap gust, aix\u00ed que possiblement els pr\u00f2xims experiments que faci aniran per aquest cam\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tamb\u00e9 ens parles dels productes aut\u00f2ctons, amb receptes originals com les postres Sermita.<\/strong><br \/>\nTenim la gran sort de viure a una terra com Mallorca que ens proporciona varietats de productes aut\u00f2ctons i que, per desgr\u00e0cia, no tots coneixem. Hi ha molts petits productors que fan amb moltes ganes els seus productes i que intenten donar-los a con\u00e8ixer a un mercat ben gran i complicat. S\u00f3c una gran defensora del producte local i de temporada i, si des del blog puc ajudar a difondre, encara que sigui a petita escala, els productes de la nostra terra ho far\u00e9. \u00c9s per a aix\u00f2 que no vaig dubtar en elaborar una recepta amb el <a title=\"Licor de camamil\u00b7la Sermita\" href=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/licor-sermita\">licor de camamil\u00b7la Sermita<\/a>, fet \u00edntegrament a Sencelles, i del que en va sortir <a title=\"Postres Sermita Licor de camamil\u00b7la\" href=\"http:\/\/culleradesdolces.gastronomicament.cat\/2014\/03\/10\/postre-sermita\/\">unes postres ben originals i gustoses<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Veurem la teva millor recepta la darrera edici\u00f3 del concurs Mossegades?<\/strong><br \/>\nClar que s\u00ed! <a title=\"Concurs de receptes Mossegades maig 2014\" href=\"http:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/concurs-mossegades-maig-2014\">La darrera edici\u00f3 de Mossegades<\/a> es mereix que tots els que puguem hi participem.
