Es titula\u00a0<em>Mediterranean\u00a0<\/em>y est\u00e1 editat per la prestigiosa editorial Montagut.<\/p>\n<p>&#8222;\u00c9s un llibre en el qual<strong>\u00a0resumesc la cuina dels meus darrers anys 10 anys<\/strong>. Els protagonistes s\u00f3n els<strong>\u00a0sabors mallorquins i les receptes tradicionals que hem treballat a partir de les nostres t\u00e8cniques<\/strong>&#8222;, explica el xef.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9\u00a0<strong>hi participen artesans<\/strong>, com ara el mestre xarcuter Xesc Reina, el pastisser Joan Segu\u00ed i la ceramista Aitziber Esteran, entre d&#8217;altres.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;obra\u00a0<strong>inclou 50 receptes que el fot\u00f2graf\u00a0Mikel Ponce ha immortalitzat<\/strong>.
