{"id":78577,"date":"2022-09-29T10:06:45","date_gmt":"2022-09-29T08:06:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/esporles-torna-a-celebrar-la-fira-mes-dolca-de-mallorca"},"modified":"2026-05-27T12:33:30","modified_gmt":"2026-05-27T10:33:30","slug":"esporles-torna-a-celebrar-la-fira-mes-dolca-de-mallorca","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/esporles-torna-a-celebrar-la-fira-mes-dolca-de-mallorca","title":{"rendered":"Esporles torna a celebrar la fira m\u00e9s dol\u00e7a de Mallorca"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Despr\u00e9s d&#8217;una aturada de dos anys per mor de la pand\u00e8mia,\u00a0<strong>Esporles\u00a0<\/strong>tornar\u00e0 a celebrar la<strong>\u00a0Fira Dol\u00e7a<\/strong>.\u00a0<strong>Maria Ramon<\/strong>, batlessa del municipi, explica que \u00e9s\u00a0una bona oportunitat per con\u00e8ixer el poble i per con\u00e8ixer de ben a prop la feina que fan els<strong>\u00a0forners i pastissers<\/strong>\u00a0de l&#8217;illa,\u00a0<strong>els quals<\/strong>\u00a0&#8222;<strong>reivindicam i els donam visibilitat<\/strong>&#8222;.<\/p>\n<p>Hi haur\u00e0\u00a0<strong>m\u00e9s de 150 paradetes<\/strong>, amb el pa i la pasta dol\u00e7a com a protagonistes, juntament\u00a0amb artesania, bijuteria, brodats,\u00a0<strong>producte fet aqu\u00ed.<\/strong>.. &#8222;A m\u00e9s, hi tornaran a sortir els gegants, les batucades, les colles de xeremiers, hi haur\u00e0 ballada popular i, tamb\u00e9, el concurs de tallar amb motoserra&#8220;, hi afegeix Ramon.<\/p>\n<p>A tot aix\u00f2, cal afegir el\u00a0<strong>Trenet Dol\u00e7<\/strong>, que acostar\u00e0 els visitants des de les zones habilitades per aparcar fins al centre d&#8217;Esporles.\u00a0<strong>&#8222;La fira m\u00e9s dol\u00e7a de Mallorca no seria possible sense la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de ve\u00efnats i de tot el teixit associatiu&#8220;<\/strong>, remarca la batlessa.<\/p>\n<p>Per la seva banda,\u00a0<strong>Marian Castell<\/strong>, regidora de Fires, destaca que estan molt contents de tornar a celebrar aquest esdeveniment &#8222;no solament per com \u00e9s d&#8217;atractiva la tem\u00e0tica, sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 perqu\u00e8 Esporles \u00e9s u<strong>n dels pobles m\u00e9s bells de la Serra de Tramuntana<\/strong>&#8222;. Tota la poblaci\u00f3 somia amb pastissos i dol\u00e7os i espera amb \u00e0nsia que arribi el proper 2 d&#8217;octubre per celebrar la fira. De fet, tots els tallers i actes previstos els dies anteriors a diumenge ja tenen exhaurides les places.<\/p>\n<p>Hi haur\u00e0 cuina en viu de\u00a0<strong>xocolata\u00a0<\/strong>amb els professors d&#8217;hoteleria i restauraci\u00f3 Llu\u00eds Cardells i Margalida Castells, el forner Pep Trias explicar\u00e0 els s<strong>ecrets per elaborar panellets i coca de torr\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0amb \u00e8xit.
