Diumenge va viure la darrera jornada amb una doble sessi\u00f3 amb la visita al Centre de Cultura Gastron\u00f2mica del Pati de sa Lluna d\u2019Alaior i posteriorment al Far d\u2019Artrutx de Ciutadella, pel debat de conclusions i les darreres intervencions. Balan\u00e7 positiu doncs per part d\u2019organitzadors i ponents en quant inter\u00e8s generat, 125 inscrits i 517 visualitzacions via streaming, que ha deixat segellat la voluntat de poder celebrar una nova edici\u00f3 l\u2019octubre de l\u2019any vinent. En aquest sentit, la trobada de Menorca organitzada per l\u2019Associaci\u00f3 de Periodistes i Escriptors Gastron\u00f2mics de les Illes Balears (APEGIB) ha servit de<strong>\u00a0marc ideal per poder reflexionar en veu alta sobre l\u2019estat actual del periodisme i l\u2019escriptura gastron\u00f2mica<\/strong>\u00a0i al mateix temps, poder f<strong>er autocr\u00edtica en defensa de la professi\u00f3\u00a0<\/strong>amb la complicitat dels vint-i-un ponents d&#8217;\u00e0mbit estatal i internacional que hi han intervingut.<\/p>\n<p>La <strong>Declaraci\u00f3 \u00c8tica de Periodisme Gastron\u00f2mic Menorca\u00a0<\/strong>que s\u2019havia de fer p\u00fablica al finalitzar el Congr\u00e9s, s\u2019ha decidit endarrerir uns dies per preparar un document que es pugui difondre i subscriure per part de tota la professi\u00f3, l\u2019esperit del qual, recull en ess\u00e8ncia que com a generadors d\u2019una influ\u00e8ncia en el consumidor de restauraci\u00f3 i alimentaci\u00f3 en general, s\u2019han de comprometre a respectar uns principis \u00e8tics que incloguin la llibertat d\u2019opini\u00f3, el rigor anal\u00edtic, la durabilitat social, l\u2019enriquiment i diversitat cultural, la durabilitat ambiental i econ\u00f2mica, l\u2019alimentaci\u00f3 saludable, la import\u00e0ncia de l\u2019equip, l\u2019impacte local i l\u2019equitat.<\/p>\n<p>Un comprom\u00eds que neix de la defensa de l&#8217;ofici davant la profusi\u00f3 de continguts banals -i en molts casos, interessats- en f\u00f2rums i xarxes socials, que vol <strong>denunciar la precarietat creixent en les condicions laborals i que urgeix la defensa i la reafirmaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;ofici period\u00edstic\u00a0<\/strong>ent\u00e8s com a treball intel\u00b7lectual que requereix un treball de camp vera\u00e7 i una reflexi\u00f3 personal dirigida a crear debat. \u201cSom dipositaris d\u2019un llegat que s\u2019ha desenvolupat sobretot a les llars i \u00e9s el nostre deure de treballar-lo, difondre\u2019l, promoure\u2019l i donar-li valor i contingut escrit, sempre d\u2019acord amb el codi deontol\u00f2gic sobre el qual ha de regir la nostra feina\u201d ha explicat Pep Pelfort, promotor del Congr\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tres dies intensos<br \/>\n<\/strong>El Congr\u00e9s de Periodisme Gastron\u00f2mic va arrencar divendres amb la visita guiada al Museu de Menorca a Ma\u00f3 amb l&#8217;exposici\u00f3\u00a0<strong>El Gust de Menorca<\/strong>\u00a0i va continuar dissabte a es Mercadal amb el desenvolupament del gruix de pon\u00e8ncies i taules rodones en una jornada maratoniana per poder abordar les dues q\u00fcestions principals del congr\u00e9s com eren el paper de la dona dins de la cr\u00edtica gastron\u00f2mica i l&#8217;autocr\u00edtica per\u00f2 on tamb\u00e9, es va parlar de la hist\u00f2ria i l&#8217;evoluci\u00f3 d&#8217;aquest g\u00e8nere, de l&#8217;escriptura gastron\u00f2mica, d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3, de precarietat laboral, de la manca de transpar\u00e8ncia entre all\u00f2 que \u00e9s informaci\u00f3 i publicitat, de les noves formes d&#8217;informar-se o de com arribar a l&#8217;audi\u00e8ncia.
