Josep Llu\u00eds Roses, president de la DO Binissalem i amfitri\u00f3 del celler, ha destacat la import\u00e0ncia de recon\u00e8ixer a persones o entitats la dedicaci\u00f3 i contribuci\u00f3 al m\u00f3n de la viticultura, el vi i la cultura del vi. Seguidament, V\u00edctor Mart\u00ed, batle de Binissalem, s&#8217;ha mostrat satisfet per aquesta vuitena edici\u00f3 del Mantonegro d&#8217;Argent al municipi, i ha destacat la tasca de tots i cadascun dels seus viticultors i cellers.<\/p>\n<p>La consellera d&#8217;Agricultura ha estat l&#8217;encarregada de lliurar el Mantonegro\u00a0d&#8217;Argent a\u00a0<strong>Manuel Julbe S\u00e1ez<\/strong>, escriptor i periodista. Va n\u00e9ixer a Sant Carles de la R\u00e0pita (Tarragona) l&#8217;any 1950. Va estudiar a Alcal\u00e0 d&#8217;Henares, i a Ais de Proven\u00e7a. Va ser professor de cultura espanyola i d&#8217;espanyol a Nova Caled\u00f2nia, corresponsal de la revista\u00a0<em>Tiempo<\/em>, al diari\u00a0<em>El Peri\u00f3dico de Catalunya<\/em>\u00a0i redactor de la corporaci\u00f3 de RTVE i director de R\u00e0dio Nacional d&#8217;Espanya a Vigo.\u00a0<strong>Coneixedor i amant dels vins i la gastronomia de les principals zones vitivin\u00edcoles del m\u00f3n<\/strong>, des de la r\u00e0dio va dedicar un espai per a la cultura gastron\u00f2mica i vitivin\u00edcola a La gastronom\u00eda a la 5, programa d&#8217;\u00e0mbit estatal i, fins fa poc, a Taula Vora\u00e7 a R\u00e0dio Nacional a les Illes Balears, des d&#8217;on va entrevistar i va donar veu a vitivinicultors, i visibilitat a esdeveniments del m\u00f3n del vi i la gastronomia, en m\u00faltiples ocasions. El 2005 va ser guardonat amb el premi Pau Llull, que reconeix les persones, projectes o iniciatives que impulsen la cultura gastron\u00f2mica mallorquina. El 2008 amb el seu llibre,<em>\u00a0De Sabores y Amores<\/em>, va ser guanyador del segon millor llibre de literatura gastron\u00f2mica al Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, celebrat a Su\u00e8cia i considerat com els \u00f2scars del sector gastron\u00f2mic.<\/p>\n<p>En rebre el guard\u00f3, Manuel Julbe, s&#8217;ha emocionat i ha manifestat la seva satisfacci\u00f3 enorme per aquest reconeixement. Tamb\u00e9 ha destacat la tasca de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 de Periodistes i Escriptors Gastron\u00f2mics de les Illes Balears, de la DO Binissalem i tamb\u00e9 de la fam\u00edlia Roses, tot recordant els inicis d&#8217;aquesta denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;origen i de les varietats de ra\u00efm locals. Ha finalitzat desitjant llarga vida a la varietat Mantonegro i a la Denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;Origen Binissalem.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8216;<strong>Escola d&#8217;Hoteleria de les Illes Balears<\/strong>\u00a0(EHIB) tamb\u00e9 ha estat reconeguda amb el premi Mantonegro d&#8217;Argent. El\u00a0<strong>centre de formaci\u00f3 superior\u00a0<\/strong>acumula m\u00e9s de 27 anys d&#8217;experi\u00e8ncia. Hi treballen m\u00e9s de 70 docents i personal d&#8217;administraci\u00f3 i serveis, i<strong>\u00a0cada any s&#8217;hi formen 200 estudiants<\/strong>\u00a0per ser professionals de refer\u00e8ncia en aquests camps, en \u00e0mbit local, estatal i internacional. L&#8217;Escola aplica una metodologia integral en la qual el desenvolupament personal i professional s\u00f3n els eixos principals per capacitar els alumnes amb coneixements i compet\u00e8ncies en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit de la\u00a0<strong>direcci\u00f3 hotelera, l&#8217;allotjament, la gastronomia, la restauraci\u00f3 i els idiomes<\/strong>.
