Es tracta del forn Can Ribot, conegut per\u00a0perqu\u00e8 hi feien pa de sopes, coques salades, panades, cocarrois, rubiols, senyores i coques dolces. La not\u00edcia ha sabut molt de greu a manacorins i manacorines que es varen acostar al forn per acomiadar-se. Els fets consumats d&#8217;avui es varen comen\u00e7ar a comentar a principi de 2022. De fet, la revista\u00a0<em>Cent per Cent<\/em>\u00a0es va fer ress\u00f2 del\u00a0possible tancament de Can Ribot. Finalment, el 31 de desembre de 2022, han tancat les portes definitivament.<\/p>\n<p>Can Ribot t\u00e9 80 anys d&#8217;hist\u00f2ria. Margalida Garau i Tomeu Quetglas varen obrir el Forn Can Ribot l&#8217;any 1942. L&#8217;any 1980 varen agafar el trasp\u00e0s Margalida Ferrer i els germans Jaume Riera i Antoni Riera, que l&#8217;han regentat fins dia 31 de desembre de 2022, quan els ha arribat l&#8217;hora de jubilar-se. Malauradament, no han trobat qui els vulgui agafar el relleu: els seus fills ja tenen altres feines i\u00a0 tampoc ning\u00fa que el vulgui gestionar.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed es posa punt i final a un espai de tradici\u00f3 fornera i pastissera artesana, que molts han planyut.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>glosador Mateu\u00a0<em>Xur\u00ed<\/em><\/strong><em>\u00a0<\/em>li ha dedicat aquesta\u00a0<strong>glosa<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p><em>No \u00e9s sols un forn. Ni un forner<\/em><br \/>\n<em>que deixa la seva feina.<\/em><br \/>\n<em>No \u00e9s l\u2019enyoran\u00e7a de l\u2019eina,<\/em><br \/>\n<em>que els anys la faran malb\u00e9.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><em>\u00c9s una forma de fer<\/em><br \/>\n<em>i de ser.
