Aix\u00ed ho ha publicat la revista\u00a0<em>Tapas<\/em>. Segons la publicaci\u00f3, destaca per la seva creativitat per elaborar embotits.<\/p>\n<p>Xesc Reina i Bosch ha fet gran part de la seva traject\u00f2ria professional a Mallorca. De fet, des del 2015 fa feina a Can Company. Juntament amb Reina, la revista ha destacat 25 figures com ara els cuiners\u00a0<strong>Joan Roca<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>Paco Roncero,<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Andr\u00e9s<\/strong>, com tamb\u00e9 la mariscadora gallega\u00a0<strong>Mar\u00eda Maceiras<\/strong>, qui dif\u00f3n les bones pr\u00e0ctiques de feina a TikTok, el\u00a0f\u00edsic basc\u00a0<strong>Eneko Axpe<\/strong>, que estudia el potencial del miceli per usar-lo a l&#8217;espai com a vaixella i com a aliment, com tamb\u00e9 el periodista Jos\u00e9 Carlos Capel, entre d&#8217;altres.<\/p>\n<p>Cal recordar que el mes de novembre passat, la\u00a0<em>Guida ai salumi d&#8217;Italia\u00a0<\/em>va premiar la sobrassada de Porc Negre de Xesc Reina com a millor embotit curat d&#8217;Europa.
