{"id":80768,"date":"2023-02-07T20:58:14","date_gmt":"2023-02-07T19:58:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/mercapalma-fa-50-anys"},"modified":"2023-02-07T20:58:14","modified_gmt":"2023-02-07T19:58:14","slug":"mercapalma-fa-50-anys","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/mercapalma-fa-50-anys","title":{"rendered":"MercaPalma fa 50 anys"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Enguany, el centre log\u00edstic i de comercialitzaci\u00f3 agroaliment\u00e0ria m\u00e9s gran de les Illes Balears, <strong>MercaPalma<\/strong>, fa<strong> 50 anys<\/strong>. Precisament per aix\u00f2, i coincidint amb la participaci\u00f3 a la VI edici\u00f3 de la Fira Horeca Mallorca, aquest dimarts passat ha fet un rep\u00e0s de les dades m\u00e9s significatives de la seva hist\u00f2ria.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed doncs, el seu director gerent, <strong>Jeroni Barb\u00f3n<\/strong>, ha donat a con\u00e8ixer les xifres m\u00e9s significatives quant a comercialitzaci\u00f3 de les empreses ubicades a la unitat aliment\u00e0ria, com tamb\u00e9 les accions duites a terme en mat\u00e8ria de sostenibilitat i responsabilitat social corporativa (RSC).<\/p>\n<p>En aquest sentit, cal destacar que MercaPalma ha gestionat, des del seu naixement, un volum de negoci de comercialitzaci\u00f3 de fruites i hortalisses de prop de <strong>set milions de tones, entre majoristes i productors<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a les dades d&#8217;aquest 2022 passat, el volum total de negoci quant a <strong>distribuci\u00f3 de fruita i hortalissa<\/strong> ha superat les 180 tones, un 11,9% m\u00e9s que el 2021. D&#8217;aquestes 180 tones, 87 milions de quilos han estat fruites, mentre que la resta, devers 93 milions de quilos, han estat hortalisses.<\/p>\n<p>Les dades de<strong> comercialitzaci\u00f3 de carn, tant de fresca com de congelada<\/strong>, donen un resultat de m\u00e9s de 163 tones distribu\u00efdes, un 33,2% m\u00e9s que en el per\u00edode del 2021. Entre els tipus de carn, la m\u00e9s comercialitzada ha estat la porcina (1.157 .285 kg distribu\u00efts), seguida de la de bov\u00ed (734.535 kg) i l&#8217;ovina (491.214 kg).<\/p>\n<p>Jeroni Barb\u00f3n ha assegurat que les difer\u00e8ncies entre la comercialitzaci\u00f3 de fruita i hortalissa amb la de carn \u00e9s perqu\u00e8 a MercaPalma &#8222;el sector prioritari \u00e9s el de fruites i hortalisses, ja que el nombre m\u00e9s gran d&#8217;empreses d&#8217;aquest sector s\u00f3n a les nostres instal\u00b7lacions i, per aix\u00f2, les dades revelen un volum m\u00e9s gros de comercialitzaci\u00f3 respecte al 2021. Els altres sectors alimentaris no estan tan concentrats a MercaPalma i \u00e9s per aquest motiu que les dades reflecteixen aquesta difer\u00e8ncia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa al volum de <strong>comercialitzaci\u00f3 de peix i marisc<\/strong>, MercaPalma va distribuir el 2022 un total de 6.406.055 kg, entre fresc (5.080.362 kg) i congelat (1.325.693 kg), i ha donat un resultat inferior al de 2021, concretament, un 9,5% menys.<\/p>\n<p>El director gerent de MercaPalma ha afirmat que \u201cel sector del peix i marisc ha patit importants augments en el preu de venda, provocant una baixada en el seu consum, per tant, la seva comercialitzaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 ha patit un descens\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Pel que fa a c\u00e0rrega rodada, fins al 31 de desembre del 2022, MercaPalma ha tingut un tr\u00e0nsit total de 834.901 vehicles de c\u00e0rrega i desc\u00e0rrega, a m\u00e9s d&#8217;altres tipologies de vehicle, que es tradueixen en un augment del 6,9% respecte a les dades del 2021.<\/p>\n<p>Respecte a les dades aconseguides aquest 2022 comparades amb les aconseguides prepand\u00e8mia, Jeroni Barb\u00f3n ha assenyalat que \u201cestem en unes xifres molt similars, i aix\u00f2 \u00e9s perqu\u00e8 aquest 2022 hi ha hagut un <strong>volum molt alt de turisme<\/strong> i aquest \u00e9s un sector important<strong>, ja que multiplica per deu la poblaci\u00f3 resident<\/strong> i aix\u00f2 es nota a les xifres&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Jeroni Barb\u00f3n tamb\u00e9 ha assenyalat que &#8222;s&#8217;est\u00e0 treballant amb els accionistes per resoldre, de forma immediata, totes les q\u00fcestions referents al final de la concessi\u00f3&#8220; i ha recordat que <strong>&#8222;fins al 2024 no expira la concessi\u00f3 de les instal\u00b7lacions<\/strong>, aix\u00ed que tenim marge per a treballar, i quan aix\u00f2 passi ser\u00e0 una gran not\u00edcia per a totes les empreses que treballen a MercaPalma. Quan es va crear MercaPalma nom\u00e9s era possible tenir una concessi\u00f3 a 50 anys, i \u00e9s per aix\u00f2 que l&#8217;Ajuntament de Palma est\u00e0 tramitant tota la part burocr\u00e0tica per aconseguir la vida indefinida de la Societat per donar un servei indefinit a les empreses que hi estan treballant&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>Finalment, quant a la <strong>manca de treballadors qualificats al sector agricoalimentari<\/strong>, el director gerent de MercaPalma ha apuntat que \u201c\u00e9s una problem\u00e0tica generalitzada a tots els \u00e0mbits, tant a les Balears com a Mallorca, ja que existeix una alta demanda i, per aix\u00f2, a les empreses els costa trobar personal qualificat\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Un MercaPalma cada cop m\u00e9s sostenible<\/strong><br \/>\nEn el seu afany per contribuir a la sostenibilitat ambiental, MercaPalma ha implantat una s\u00e8rie de mesures sostenibles, com ara la instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 de plaques fotovoltaiques amb una pot\u00e8ncia de 320 kW i de les quals se&#8217;n beneficien unes 15 empreses, a m\u00e9s del projecte d&#8217;instal\u00b7laci\u00f3 per a aquest 2023 de 200 kW addicionals. A m\u00e9s, les instal\u00b7lacions de MercaPalma tendran sis places de rec\u00e0rrega per a camions el\u00e8ctrics, dues amb rec\u00e0rrega ultrar\u00e0pida, per donar un millor servei als seus clients.<\/p>\n<p>Dins aquestes accions de sostenibilitat, MercaPalma ha duit a terme un treball de reciclatge sobre el total de residus aquest 2022 del 43%.
