{"id":81311,"date":"2023-03-08T09:50:39","date_gmt":"2023-03-08T08:50:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/la-conselleria-de-salut-i-consum-i-la-caeb-impulsen-el-programa-qxq-dinnocuitat-i-qualitat-alimentaria"},"modified":"2023-03-08T09:50:39","modified_gmt":"2023-03-08T08:50:39","slug":"la-conselleria-de-salut-i-consum-i-la-caeb-impulsen-el-programa-qxq-dinnocuitat-i-qualitat-alimentaria","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/la-conselleria-de-salut-i-consum-i-la-caeb-impulsen-el-programa-qxq-dinnocuitat-i-qualitat-alimentaria","title":{"rendered":"La Conselleria de Salut i Consum i la CAEB impulsen el programa QXQ d\u2019innocu\u00eftat i qualitat aliment\u00e0ria"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La Conselleria de Salut i Consum i la Federaci\u00f3 Empresarial de Restauraci\u00f3 de les Illes Balears (FERIB), adherida a la CAEB, han posat en marxa el programa\u00a0<strong>QxQ d\u2019innocu\u00eftat aliment\u00e0ria<\/strong>.\u00a0Les empreses interessades es podran registrar en una plataforma digital que els permetr\u00e0 consultar tota la normativa requerida per dur a terme l\u2019activitat, comprovar si la compleixen i enviar les seves dades a l&#8217;Ag\u00e8ncia de Salut P\u00fablica, la qual, independentment del programa, mantindr\u00e0 les seves inspeccions habituals.<\/p>\n<p>La consellera de Salut i Consum, Patricia G\u00f3mez \u2500que juntament amb la presidenta de la patronal CAEB, Carmen Planas, ha presentat l\u2019acord de col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 aquest dilluns 6 de mar\u00e7\u2500 ha destacat que QxQ \u00e9s una<strong>\u00a0plataforma d\u2019informaci\u00f3 i autoavaluaci\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0que reportar\u00e0 beneficis, tant als actors econ\u00f2mics com a l\u2019Administraci\u00f3 i als clients de la restauraci\u00f3. En la presentaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 han participat el president de la Federaci\u00f3 Empresarial de Restauraci\u00f3 de les Illes Balears (FERIB), Alfonso Robledo, i Antoni Colom, t\u00e8cnic de Seguretat Aliment\u00e0ria responsable del projecte.<\/p>\n<p>QxQ \u00e9s una eina de transformaci\u00f3 i innovaci\u00f3 que ajuda a comprendre les obligacions que tenen els operadors econ\u00f2mics envers la producci\u00f3 segura d\u2019aliments i a convertir la situaci\u00f3 higi\u00e8nica i sanit\u00e0ria dels establiments en un factor rellevant en l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia competitiva i de consum informat, ha explicat G\u00f3mez, qui ha afegit que, potencialment, se\u2019n podrien beneficiar els m\u00e9s de 14.000 establiments de restauraci\u00f3 col\u00b7lectiva i fins a 18.000 minoristes de les Illes Balears.<\/p>\n<p>La consellera ha felicitat el Servei de Seguretat Aliment\u00e0ria per haver promogut aquest programa, el qual t\u00e9 l\u2019origen en la convocat\u00f2ria de l\u2019Institut d\u2019Investigaci\u00f3 Sanit\u00e0ria Illes Balears (IdISBa) Innovatio 2017 i ha agra\u00eft tamb\u00e9 la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 de la patronal.<\/p>\n<p>Tant la presidenta de CAEB com el president de FERIB han expressat la seva satisfacci\u00f3 pels beneficis que reportar\u00e0 el projecte.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectiu del conveni entre la Conselleria i la FERIB \u00e9s <strong>promoure la corresponsabilitat\u00a0<\/strong>de les parts implicades a garantir la innocu\u00eftat aliment\u00e0ria. At\u00e8s que l\u2019aplicaci\u00f3 dels coneixements pr\u00e0ctics, cient\u00edfics i t\u00e8cnics en l\u2019elaboraci\u00f3 i el servei de menjars, aix\u00ed com de la normativa aplicable, no sempre \u00e9s f\u00e0cil en un sector d\u2019alta temporalitat, \u00e9s necessari desenvolupar estrat\u00e8gies per harmonitzar la interpretaci\u00f3 de la normativa, mitjan\u00e7ant eines d\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3 que ajudin a superar h\u00e0bits de mala praxi, i demostrar la dilig\u00e8ncia deguda amb la salut p\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Com funcionar\u00e0 l\u2019autocontrol digital?<br \/>\n<\/strong>Independentment que totes les empreses hagin de seguir els tr\u00e0mits administratius oficials habituals per operar i independentment de les tasques d\u2019inspecci\u00f3 de Salut, les empreses adherides podran accedir de manera senzilla a la plataforma per fer un autocontrol digital dels requisits higi\u00e8nics i sanitaris que se\u2019ls exigeixen, indicar els que compleixen i saber quins els manquen.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019<strong>usuari\u00a0podr\u00e0 veure la normativa que hi ha darrere de cada requisit<\/strong>. A m\u00e9s, la plataforma li explicar\u00e0 el perqu\u00e8 de la normativa aplicable i com complir-la. Posteriorment, els t\u00e8cnics validadors que proporcionar\u00e0 la FERIB monitoraran aquestes autoavaluacions i mesures d\u2019esmena adoptades i hi donaran conformitat, les quals estaran relacionades amb infraestructures i maquin\u00e0ria i processos i registres que demostrin la confian\u00e7a en la cultura d\u2019innocu\u00eftat aliment\u00e0ria de l\u2019establiment.<\/p>\n<p>Una vegada emplenats els q\u00fcestionaris, uns algoritmes adaptats a cada tipus d\u2019empresa \u2014at\u00e8s que n\u2019hi ha de molt variades\u2014 donaran una puntuaci\u00f3 des del punt de vista estrictament de seguretat aliment\u00e0ria. L\u2019objectiu \u00e9s arribar al score on the door, \u00e9s a dir, a la qualificaci\u00f3 a la porta de l\u2019establiment.<\/p>\n<p>Els inspectors de Salut en les inspeccions \u2500que en cap cas no seran substitu\u00efdes per l\u2019autoavaluaci\u00f3\u2500 podran fer servir aquesta declaraci\u00f3 feta per l\u2019establiment, per contrastar-la amb la situaci\u00f3 real.<\/p>\n<p>El Servei de Seguretat Aliment\u00e0ria recorda que <strong>els beneficis del projecte s\u00f3n triples<\/strong>.
