Aix\u00ed ho va expressar a la Festa de l&#8217;Oliva, celebrada el divendres 17 a Raixa (Bunyola).<\/p>\n<p>\u201cQuan no \u00e9s la sequera, \u00e9s la mosca de l\u2019olivera i enguany que tendrem aigua, la neu ens ha destrossat&#8230; des de l\u2019any 2017 no hem tingut una collita bona\u201d, ha lamentat Arbona. Tampoc va voler deixar d&#8217;esmentar que \u201c<strong>hem d\u2019agrair als pagesos el seu comprom\u00eds i tenacitat\u00a0<\/strong>per continuar endavant, tamb\u00e9 de les institucions que, amb el cas d\u2019aquest darrer episodi de Juliette, r\u00e0pidament s\u2019han posat a disposici\u00f3 i a treballar en les formes de que els que han patit danys puguin accedir a ajudes per recuperar el perdut, les quals esperem arribin prest.\u201d ha afegit.<\/p>\n<p>La Festa de final de collita d\u2019Oliva de Mallorca, va reunir productors i convidats entre els quals hi havia Josep Llu\u00eds Colom, conseller d\u2019Hisenda i Funci\u00f3 P\u00fablica del Consell de Mallorca; Fernando Fern\u00e1ndez, director general d\u2019Agricultura, Ramaderia i Desenvolupament Rural; el director insular de Territori i Paisatge, Miquel Vadell i Joan Font, director insular de Promoci\u00f3 Econ\u00f2mica.<\/p>\n<p>En el marc de la celebraci\u00f3, la\u00a0<strong>fam\u00edlia de sa Cabana Vella de Fornalutx<\/strong>\u00a0ha rebut l&#8217;Oliva de Plata, ins\u00edgnia amb la qual distingeix els custodis del paisatge i tradici\u00f3 olivarera de Mallorca. Tamb\u00e9s\u2019ha distingit\u00a0<strong>Pepe Est\u00e9vez S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, amitger que durant m\u00e9s de quaranta anys ha intervingut en conservaci\u00f3 i recuperaci\u00f3 d&#8217;olivars emblem\u00e0tics com el de Miramar i Son Gual.<\/p>\n<p>Ja en un ambient m\u00e9s festiu, els assistents van gaudir d\u2019una bunyolada i ballada amb l\u2019agrupaci\u00f3 Estol de Tramuntana, emulant les celebracions amb les que es tancava la collita a les possessions temps enrere. La denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;origen protegida (DOP)\u00a0<strong>Oliva de Mallorca agrupa 65 productors<\/strong>\u00a0que sumen\u00a0<strong>m\u00e9s de 77.000 oliveres<\/strong>\u00a0per damunt dels setanta-cinc anys i tres elaboradors (Olis S\u00f3ller, Son Mesquidassa i Son Moragues).<\/p>\n<p>Cal destacar que la DOP Oliva de Mallorca \u00e9s u<strong>na de les dues denominacions d&#8217;origen protegida d&#8217;oliva de taula que existeixen actualment a l&#8217;Estat espanyol<\/strong>, juntament amb la DOP Alore\u00f1a de M\u00e1laga, i\u00a0<strong>diferencia\u00a0<\/strong>\u00fanicament\u00a0<strong>les olives de la varietat mallorquina<\/strong>,\u00a0\u00e9s a dir,\u00a0<strong>empara espec\u00edficament la producci\u00f3 de l&#8217;olivar tradicional\u00a0<\/strong>en la seva major part localitzat a la Serra de Tramuntana, per la qual cosa ofereix un valor afegit tant a productors com a consumidors.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Miquel Arbona va fer aquestes declaracions en el marc de la Festa de l&#8217;Oliva, que se&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":81561,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1050,1476],"tags":[],"coauthors":[2053],"class_list":["post-81565","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat-es-de","category-reportatges-i-novetats-de"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.8 -
