{"id":82470,"date":"2023-05-16T18:55:17","date_gmt":"2023-05-16T16:55:17","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/maridatge-dopera-i-vi-a-son-vich-de-superna"},"modified":"2023-06-01T12:42:02","modified_gmt":"2023-06-01T10:42:02","slug":"maridatge-dopera-i-vi-a-son-vich-de-superna","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/maridatge-dopera-i-vi-a-son-vich-de-superna","title":{"rendered":"Maridatge d&#8217;\u00f2pera i vi a Son Vich de Superna"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El celler Son Vich de Superna i Eurocl\u00e0ssics presenten la cinquena edici\u00f3 del concert\u00a0<strong>Maridatge d&#8217;\u00f2pera i vins<\/strong>\u00a0que tindr\u00e0 lloc el dissabte 3 de juny, a les 18.30 hores, a la clastra senyorial de Son Vich de Superna, en el cor de la Serra de Tramuntana, al costat de les vinyes i del celler on elaboren tots els seus vins.<\/p>\n<p>El concert consistir\u00e0 en\u00a0<strong>\u00e0ries i duos d&#8217;\u00f2pera de Mozart, Gounod, Smetana, Dvorak, Alb\u00e9niz, Lehar, Massenet, Bernstein i Gershwin<\/strong>, interpretats per la\u00a0<strong>soprano<\/strong>\u00a0eslovaca\u00a0<strong>Sonya Godarsk\u00e1<\/strong>, el\u00a0<strong>bar\u00edton<\/strong>\u00a0txec\u00a0<strong>Vratislav Kriz<\/strong>, tots dos de prestigi internacional, i el fam\u00f3s\u00a0<strong>pianista<\/strong>\u00a0local,\u00a0<strong>Francesc Blanco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>El descans, el\u00a0<strong>recital de m\u00fasica estar\u00e0 acompanyat dels vins de Son Vich de Superna i de productes locals<\/strong>, tot aix\u00f2 amb el sabor caracter\u00edstic de la Serra de Tramuntana.<\/p>\n<p>Les entrades es poden obtenir tant de manera anticipada en els diferents punts de venda: Musicasa Conservatori, web de Son Vich de Superna\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.sonvichdesuperna.es\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">www.sonvichdesuperna.es<\/a>\u00a0i\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.giglon.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\">www.giglon.com<\/a>, com en porta, el mateix dia del concert.<\/p>\n<p>L&#8217;esdeveniment gastron\u00f2mic-musical, que est\u00e0 emmarcat en el 5\u00e8 Festival Mallorc\u00d2pera, est\u00e0 organitzat pel celler Son Vich de Superna i Eurocl\u00e0ssics, amb el patrocini de Quality Center-Range Rover i amb la col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 del IEB i el Consell de Mallorca.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Sobre el celler Son Vich de Superna<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Son Vich de Superna \u00e9s un celler de muntanya, d&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 tradicional i artesanal situat entre els municipis d&#8217;Esporles i Puigpunyent, propietat de la fam\u00edlia Sampol.<\/p>\n<p>\u00c9s el celler que es troba a l&#8217;altitud m\u00e9s alta de Mallorca, elabora vins d&#8217;altura amb varietats de ra\u00efm aut\u00f2cton com ara gorgollassa, premsal i mantonegro i foranes com viognier, ull de llebre, cabernet sauvignon, merlot i sir\u00e0.
