Mallorca ha estat present a la fira gastron\u00f2mica Taste of Dublin, que es va celebrar a la capital irlandesa del 15 al 18 de juny. L\u2019illa hi ha participat dins l\u2019estand de Turespa\u00f1a, en col\u00b7laboraci\u00f3 amb Saborea Espa\u00f1a, juntament amb quatre destinacions de l’Estat: Cambrils, Gran Can\u00e0ria, Lanzarote i Saragossa.<\/p>\n

Taste of Dublin \u00e9s una trobada internacional de professionals de la gastronomia que ofereix tasts, classes d\u2019exhibici\u00f3, tallers i diferents tipus d\u2019activitats centrades a donar a con\u00e8ixer diferents racons del m\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de la gastronomia. Aquesta fira gastron\u00f2mica \u00e9s, per\u00f2, fonamentalment experiencial; \u00e9s a dir, el plat fort s\u00f3n les degustacions que cada destinaci\u00f3 presenta als visitants. En el cas de Mallorca, el xef Jos\u00e9 Cort\u00e9s, president d\u2019ASCAIB, ha preparat diferents elaboracions amb el producte local com a ingredient b\u00e0sic. Aix\u00ed mateix, tamb\u00e9 s\u2019hi ha pogut tastar vi blanc i negre de DO Binissalem i Vi de la Terra, expressament destinat a aquesta acci\u00f3, organitzada per Turisme de Mallorca. Han acompanyat les receptes: Oli de Mallorca, Flor de Sal, Sobrassada de Mallorca, com aix\u00ed Tap de Cort\u00ed d\u2019Esp\u00e8cies Cresp\u00ed. Tamb\u00e9 hi ha participat Ensa\u00efmada de Mallorca i Ametla de Mallorca.<\/p>\n

Cal destacar que el producte gastron\u00f2mic \u00e9s un dels reclams tur\u00edstics prioritaris per a l\u2019estrat\u00e8gia promocional de Mallorca per la seva capacitat d\u2019atreure visitants fora de temporada alta i pel seu valor com a transmissor de la cultura, tradici\u00f3 i producte local.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
