Es tracta d&#8217;una ruta culin\u00e0ria que tamb\u00e9 tendr\u00e0 com a protagonistes a dos\u00a0<strong>cellers de Binissalem<\/strong>:\u00a0<strong>Ca\u2019n Verdura<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0<strong>Soca-rel<\/strong>, que, respectivament, tenen a Tomeu Llabr\u00e9s i Pep Rodr\u00edguez com a vinaters.<\/p>\n<p>Segons explica el periodista gastron\u00f2mic\u00a0<strong>Andoni Sarriegi<\/strong>, el restaurant\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/restaurant\/clandesti\">Clandest\u00ed\u00a0<\/a><\/strong>i el seu cuiner, Pau Navarro, prepararan aquesta del\u00edcia com a plat \u00fanic dia<strong>\u00a023 de setembre, de 12 a 17 hores<\/strong>. Tamb\u00e9 el restaurant\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/restaurant\/es-bullidor\">Es Bullidor<\/a><\/strong>, amb Justo Miguel y Paulova Sastre al capdavant, oferiran fideus de vermar fins al divendres 29 de setembre.
