En aquesta ocasi\u00f3, ha estat a la onzena edici\u00f3 del\u00a0<strong>congr\u00e9s estatal d&#8217;apicultura<\/strong>, celebrat a\u00a0<strong>M\u00e0laga\u00a0<\/strong>el 29 de setembre de 2023. La cita fou organitzada per l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 per al Foment de Congressos Ap\u00edcoles, l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Malaguenya d&#8217;Apicultors i la Universitat de M\u00e0laga, i ha rebut el suport de Pajuelo, Consultors Ap\u00edcoles i d&#8217;altres entitats.<\/p>\n<p>Entre els guardons que s&#8217;hi donaren hi hagu\u00e9 el de\u00a0<strong>Millor Mel de Garrover<\/strong>\u00a0que va ser per a la mel de Mallorca, concretament per als apicultors de<strong>\u00a0Mel Vici<\/strong>\u00a0d&#8217;Alar\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Els seus creadors s\u00f3n\u00a0<strong>Pau Ixent Queralt Mairata\u00a0<\/strong>i\u00a0<strong>Biel Coll Guasp<\/strong>. Tots dos varen comen\u00e7ar la seva aventura com a apicultors la primavera de 2014 i de llavors en\u00e7\u00e0 s\u00f3n referents en el sector, ja que s\u00f3n dels pocs que s&#8217;han professionalitzat a Mallorca en apicultura.
