Es tracta dels restaurants\u00a0<strong>Sa Clastra<\/strong>,\u00a0<strong>\u00danic\u00a0<\/strong>i\u00a0<strong>Omakase<\/strong>. D&#8217;aquesta manera, Mallorca i Eivissa no perden cap estrella Michelin, ans el contrari, en sumen tres de noves. Malauradament, per\u00f2, els experts de la guia continuen sense premiar el talent culinari de l&#8217;illa de Menorca.<\/p>\n<p>Aix\u00ed, a\u00a0<strong>Mallorca\u00a0<\/strong>els restaurants que conserven la distinci\u00f3 s\u00f3n:\u00a0<strong>Voro,\u00a0<\/strong>d&#8216;<strong>\u00c0lvaro\u00a0Salazar\u00a0<\/strong>(Canyamel), amb dues estrelles;\u00a0<strong>Adri\u00e1n Quetglas<\/strong>\u00a0(Palma);\u00a0<strong>Andreu Genestra<\/strong>\u00a0(Llucmajor), abans situat a Capdepera;\u00a0<strong>B\u00e9ns\u00a0<\/strong>d\u2019Avall, de<strong>\u00a0Jaume i Benet Vicens\u00a0<\/strong>(S\u00f3ller);\u00a0<strong>Dins Santi Taura<\/strong>\u00a0(Palma);\u00a0<strong>Es Fum<\/strong>\u00a0de Jos\u00e9 Miguel Navarro (Calvi\u00e0);\u00a0<strong>Fusi\u00f3n 19<\/strong>, de Javier Hoebeek\u00a0(Platja de Muro);\u00a0<strong>Maca de Castro<\/strong>\u00a0(Port d\u2019Alc\u00fadia);\u00a0<strong>Marc Fosh<\/strong>\u00a0(Palma); i\u00a0<strong>Zaranda<\/strong>,<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>de<strong>\u00a0Fernando P. Arellano\u00a0<\/strong>(Palma).<\/p>\n<p>I a l&#8217;illa d&#8217;Eivissa s\u00f3n:\u00a0<strong>La Gaia<\/strong>, amb el xef \u00d2scar Molina (Eivissa);\u00a0<strong>Etxeko<\/strong>, de Mart\u00edn Berasategui i Paco Budia (Santa Eul\u00e0ria des Riu), i\u00a0<strong>Es Trag\u00f3n<\/strong>, d&#8217;\u00c1lvaro Sanz (Sant Antoni de Portmany).<\/p>\n<p>El cuiner del restaurant Sa Clastra \u00e9s\u00a0<strong>Jordi Cant\u00f3<\/strong>, un cuiner refinat, bon coneixedor de la cuina tradicional de l&#8217;illa, la qual reinterpreta amb delicadesa al seu restaurant, que es troba a l&#8217;hotel Castell Son Claret des Capdell\u00e0 (Calvi\u00e0).\u00a0Va fer feina als fogons de restaurants destacats com ara Nerua (Bilbao), Diverxo (Madrid), Casa Solla (Galicia) i Casa Marcial (Asturias), a m\u00e9s tamb\u00e9 va ser la m\u00e0 dreta del xef Fernando P. Arellano, que va regentar Zaranda al mateix hotel, on va ser guardonat amb dues Estrelles Michelin.<\/p>\n<p>A Sant Josep de sa Talaia, hi ha el restaurant\u00a0<strong>\u00danic<\/strong>, concretament als apartaments Migjorn (Platja d&#8217;en Bossa), i el seu cuiner \u00e9s el occit\u00e0\u00a0<strong>David Grussaute<\/strong>, un cuiner de Bordeus que sorpr\u00e8n els comensals perqu\u00e8 crea del\u00edcies amb els millors productes locals de proximitat, com per exemple el pa de posid\u00f2nia.<\/p>\n<p>El restaurant\u00a0<strong>Omakase\u00a0<\/strong>es troba a Eivissa i el seu xef \u00e9s\u00a0<strong>Walter Sidoravicius<\/strong>, un cuiner vene\u00e7ol\u00e0 de pares lituans i alemanys, de qui la guia ha dit que amb el seu men\u00fa\u00a0&#8222;enalteix la tradici\u00f3 culinaria nipona&#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>D&#8217;altra banda, la guia Michelin ha atorgat les estrelles verdes als restaurants <strong>B\u00e9ns d\u2019Avall<\/strong>, de S\u00f3ller, <strong>Ca na Toneta<\/strong> (Caimari), de la cuinera Maria Solivellas, i <strong>Es Trag\u00f3n<\/strong> (Sant Antoni de Portmany), amb les quals es distingeix els restaurants m\u00e9s sostenibles.<\/p>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 mantenen les distincions <strong>Bib Gourmand<\/strong> a Mallorca de <strong>Miceli<\/strong> (Marga Coll, Selva) i de <strong>Can Boqueta<\/strong> (Kiko Martorell, S\u00f3ller).<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La guia gastron\u00f2mica continua sense premiar el talent culinari de l&#8217;illa de Menorca<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":86285,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"gallery","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1050,1480],"tags":[],"coauthors":[2053],"class_list":["post-86293","post","type-post","status-publish","format-gallery","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat-es-de","category-concursos-i-premis-de","post_format-post-format-gallery"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 -
