Enguany, les jornades gastron\u00f2miques de brou arriben a la\u00a0<strong>desena edici\u00f3<\/strong>\u00a0gr\u00e0cies a l&#8217;aposta de l&#8217;Associaci\u00f3 Menorquina de Bars, Restaurants i Cafeteries (AMBRC) per introduir aquest plat tradicional a les cuines dels restaurants.<\/p>\n<p>Concretament, set restaurants participen a &#8218;<strong>Els Dimecres \u00e9s dia de Brou<\/strong>&#8218;, una activitat que contribueix a la desestacionalitzaci\u00f3 tur\u00edstica i, que tamb\u00e9 posa en valor la gastronomia t\u00edpica menorquina.<\/p>\n<p>Quan els membres de la Junta Directiva de l&#8217;AMBRC varen apostar per donar un impuls en el sector de la restauraci\u00f3 a un plat que b\u00e0sicament es coneixia nom\u00e9s a les cuines de les fam\u00edlies de l&#8217;illa, i s&#8217;equipar\u00e0s al bullit madrileny que tenia tant de renom, semblava un impossible. Per\u00f2, gr\u00e0cies a l&#8217;afany dels restaurants i la const\u00e0ncia de tots aquests anys s&#8217;ha aconseguit donar a con\u00e8ixer aquest excel\u00b7lent plat arrelat a Menorca.<\/p>\n<p>El brou \u00e9s un<strong>\u00a0plat t\u00edpic de la cuina menorquina<\/strong>, que t\u00e9\u00a0una connotaci\u00f3 de plat calent ideal per assaburir\u00a0durant un dia de fred, per aix\u00f2 l&#8217;esdeveniment es realitza al desembre i al gener at\u00e8s que amb l&#8217;inici de les baixes temperatures fa m\u00e9s mengera. Aquest\u00a0bullit \u00e9s un plat molt complet que es pot preparar de diverses formes i ingredients, per\u00f2 en ess\u00e8ncia<strong>\u00a0els ingredients principals s\u00f3n<\/strong>: carn de vedella (concretament\u00a0<em>xenc<\/em>, la art de la cama de davant d&#8217;un animal, vora l&#8217;articulaci\u00f3<em>),<\/em>\u00a0gallina, patates, ciurons, tom\u00e0tiga, ceba, pastanag\u00f3, herbes arom\u00e0tiques, pasta per a la sopa, sobrassada\u2026<\/p>\n<p>El brou <strong>es pot servir de moltes de maneres<\/strong>, encara que el m\u00e9s t\u00edpic \u00e9s fer-lo en dos plats, primer plat de sopa (brou) amb fideus, i un segon plat amb les patates, els ciurons i la carn.<\/p>\n<p>Set restaurants de l&#8217;illa especialitzats en cuina Menorquina participen a la desena edici\u00f3. Tant, si es menja al restaurant com a casa es recomana reserva pr\u00e8via.
