Aquesta obra mestra gastron\u00f2mica, origin\u00e0ria de Portugal, \u00e9s una veritable festa per al paladar i\u00a0<strong>un emblema de la cuina portuguesa<\/strong>. Amb les seves capes de carn, embotits, formatge i salsa coenta, la Francesinha captiva els sentits i es converteix en un imprescindible per a qualsevol viatger que visita la ciutat.<\/p>\n<p>La <em>francesinha\u00a0<\/em>va n\u00e9ixer a mitjan segle XX a Porto, una ciutat amb una\u00a0 tradici\u00f3 culin\u00e0ria destacada. Tot i que no hi ha un consens clar sobre qui va ser el creador d&#8217;aquest plat, la seva popularitat va cr\u00e9ixer r\u00e0pidament, i va esdevenir un\u00a0<strong>s\u00edmbol de la gastronomia<\/strong>\u00a0local. El nom\u00a0<em>francesinha\u00a0<\/em>significa &#8222;francesa petita&#8220; en portugu\u00e8s, i es diu que va ser inspirat en el gust franc\u00e8s de la salsa que cobreix el plat.<\/p>\n<p>La preparaci\u00f3 de la <em>francesinha\u00a0<\/em>\u00e9s una obra d&#8217;art culin\u00e0ria. Es comen\u00e7a amb un parell de<strong>\u00a0llesques de pa gruixut<\/strong>\u00a0(o de motle) que serveixen com a base. I per sobre d&#8217;aquesta base s&#8217;hi amunteguen\u00a0<strong>capes generoses de carn de vedella, pernil i salsitxa fresca<\/strong>. Despr\u00e9s, el plat es cobreix amb una capa de\u00a0<strong>formatge<\/strong>, que es fon lentament sota el grill, de manera que es crea una capa de cremositat irresistible.<\/p>\n<p>Per coronar aquesta creaci\u00f3, s&#8217;afegeix una salsa especial, elaborada amb tom\u00e0tiga, cervesa, pebre i altres esp\u00e8cies secretes. Aquesta salsa pot variar lleugerament segons el lloc on es prepari, per aix\u00f2 hi ha diverses versions de la <em>francesinha<\/em>. Sovint, el plat s&#8217;acompanya de patates fregides que complementen aquesta elaboraci\u00f3 peculiar.<\/p>\n<p>Una curiositat interessant sobre la <em>francesinha\u00a0<\/em>\u00e9s la seva relaci\u00f3 amb la famosa Super Bock, una cervesa portuguesa. Molts llocs que serveixen aquest plat el mariden amb una Super Bock ben freda per crear una combinaci\u00f3 perfecta de sabors.<\/p>\n<p>A Porto, hi ha una <strong>\u00e0mplia varietat de restaurants i tavernes<\/strong>\u00a0que ofereixen la seva pr\u00f2pia versi\u00f3 de la\u00a0<em>francesinha<\/em>.
