Aquesta cita enol\u00f2gica, tendr\u00e0 lloc\u00a0<strong>dia 17 d&#8217;abril, de 17 a 21 hores<\/strong>, al restaurant El N\u00e1utico, situat al Reial Club N\u00e0utic.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta ser\u00e0 la 27 edici\u00f3 d&#8217;una cita creada per l&#8217;empresari gallec\u00a0<strong>Antonio Seijas<\/strong>. Aquest 2024 hi participen m\u00e9s de quaranta cellers, que oferiran m\u00e9s de 70 vins diferents de la denominaci\u00f3 d&#8217;origen (DO) R\u00edas Baixas. Aquesta DO abasta la prov\u00edncia de Pontevedra i una petita part de la de la Corunya i es divideix en cinc subzones: Val do Saln\u00e9s (Cambados), O Rosal, Ribeira do Ulla, Condado do Tea i Soutomaior.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Caracter\u00edstiques de l&#8217;albarinho<br \/>\n<\/strong>El vi de la varietat albarinho\u00a0de la DO R\u00edas Baixas \u00e9s caracter\u00edstic pel seu color groc palla, les aromes florals i de fruita, perqu\u00e8 t\u00e9 una intensitat mitjana i potent; la per la seva frescor i suavitat, com tamb\u00e9 per la seva acidesa equilibrada i d&#8217;amplis matisos en boca, tan propis del clima atl\u00e0ntic.<\/p>\n<p>A la Festa del Vi Albarinho\u00a0hi ol\u00b7laboren marques de productes de qualitat, com ara embotits Entrepe\u00f1as de Geras de Gord\u00f3n (Lle\u00f3), els productes de Porco Celta de Casa Hermelino d&#8217;O Valadouro (Lugo), la Faba de Lourenz\u00e1 (Lugo), a m\u00e9s de la participaci\u00f3 del Pulpeiro Major del Regne.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Jornades de cuina tradicional gallega<br \/>\n<\/strong>Com a novetat, enguany, el\u00a0<strong>restaurant El N\u00e1utico de Palma<\/strong>\u00a0oferir\u00e0 unes\u00a0<strong>jornades de cuina tradicional gallega\u00a0<\/strong>els dies 18, 19 i 20 d&#8217;abril a migdia dirigides per\u00a0<strong>Gabriel Bea<\/strong>, reconegut xef per la seva traject\u00f2ria al Gran Hotel La Toja, i pel pulpeiro\u00a0<strong>Jos\u00e9 Manuel Rodr\u00edguez<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta festa, sense \u00e0nim de lucre, ha contribu\u00eft a donar a con\u00e8ixer el vi albarinho a Mallorca, on est\u00e0 introdu\u00eft a la majoria d&#8217;hotels, restaurants i hostaleria en general.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Com a novetat, el restaurant El N\u00e1utico oferir\u00e0 unes jornades de cuina tradicional gallega<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":88253,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1050,1485],"tags":[],"coauthors":[2053],"class_list":["post-88257","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-actualitat-es-de","category-cursos-i-tallers-de"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.4 -
