Alhora, l&#8217;experta tamb\u00e9 remarca que els festucs (tamb\u00e9 dits pistatxos) s\u00f3n una font de nutrients molt interessant.<\/p>\n<p>Per prevenir l\u2019<strong>estr\u00e8s\u00a0postvacacional<\/strong>, una dieta sana \u00e9s fonamental; i menjar\u00a049 pistatxos (28 grams) al dia contribueix a tenir els nutrients essencials per encarar la tornada a les rutines di\u00e0ries sense estr\u00e8s.<\/p>\n<p>Els nutrients dels pistatxos per evitar l\u2019estr\u00e8s postvacacional s\u00f3n els seg\u00fcents:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Tiamina<\/strong>: En 100 grams de pistatxos es concentren 0,7 mg de tiamina (Vitamina B1), crucial per transformar els aliments en energia i evitar la depressi\u00f3 i la p\u00e8rdua de capacitats mentals.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Riboflavina<\/strong>: La vitamina B2, amb 0,23 mg per cada 100 grams, ajuda a metabolitzar els hidrats de carboni i amino\u00e0cids, essencials per produir l\u2019energia necess\u00e0ria.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Piridoxina<\/strong>: Amb 1,1 mg per cada 100 grams, la Vitamina B6 \u00e9s important per la producci\u00f3 de neurotransmissors com la dopamina i la serotonina, i per reduir la fatiga, l\u2019ansietat i el dolor corporal.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c0cid f\u00f2lic<\/strong>: Present en 51 \u03bcg per cada 100 grams, ajuda a mantenir el cervell en funcionament i \u00e9s essencial per la salut mental.<\/li>\n<li><strong>\u00c0cid pantot\u00e8nic i biotina<\/strong>: Aquestes vitamines (B5 i B7) contribueixen al funcionament correcte del sistema nervi\u00f3s i la funci\u00f3 cerebral.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Magnesi<\/strong>: Estimula la transmissi\u00f3 nerviosa i millora el son, i ajuda a combatre l\u2019estr\u00e8s.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Potassi<\/strong>: Essencial per la regulaci\u00f3 de funcions corporals b\u00e0siques, com la funci\u00f3 nerviosa i muscular, el pistatxo \u00e9s una bona font d\u2019aquest mineral.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Flavonoides i antocianines<\/strong>: Els pistatxos s\u00f3n rics en fenols com les catequines, que protegeixen les c\u00e8l\u00b7lules cerebrals de l\u2019estr\u00e8s oxidatiu i poden reduir el risc de deteriorament cognitiu.
