{"id":91498,"date":"2024-10-07T12:02:16","date_gmt":"2024-10-07T10:02:16","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/clos-galena-un-vi-que-fa-25-anys-que-dona-forma-a-un-somni-del-priorat"},"modified":"2024-10-07T12:02:16","modified_gmt":"2024-10-07T10:02:16","slug":"clos-galena-un-vi-que-fa-25-anys-que-dona-forma-a-un-somni-del-priorat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/clos-galena-un-vi-que-fa-25-anys-que-dona-forma-a-un-somni-del-priorat","title":{"rendered":"Clos Galena: un vi que fa 25 anys que dona forma a un somni del Priorat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>El celler<strong>\u00a0Domini de la Cartoixa<\/strong>\u00a0fa\u00a0fa vint-i-cinc anys encarnant el somni de\u00a0<strong>Miguel P\u00e9rez<\/strong>\u00a0i\u00a0na\u00a0<strong>Merc\u00e8 Dalmau<\/strong>\u00a0que, el\u00a0<strong>1999<\/strong>, corpresos per la for\u00e7a m\u00edstica del Priorat, varen decidir donar forma, a un celler amb vocaci\u00f3 de sostenibilitat social i mediambiental.<\/p>\n<p>Comen\u00e7aren amb onze hect\u00e0rees de vinya pr\u00f2pia i actualment en s\u00f3n prop de 30. Merc\u00e8 Dalmau comenta que va ser &#8222;una aposta innovadora en aquell moment en un\u00a0<strong>Priorat\u00a0<\/strong>que\u00a0<strong>sempre ens ha enamorat\u00a0<\/strong>i on apostam per elaborar vins excepcionals\u201d,<\/p>\n<p>Durant aquest quart de segle, Merc\u00e8 Dalmau ha seguit endavant tot i els moments dif\u00edcils, com ara\u00a0 la p\u00e8rdua del seu esp\u00f2s, qui va morir de c\u00e0ncer el 2013. Tot i la p\u00e8rdua, Dalmau va decidir preservar l&#8217;ess\u00e8ncia d&#8217;un projecte molt personal, i es\u00a0va mantenir\u00a0fidel a una filosofia de respecte pel territori i les seva gent. La Merc\u00e8 va decidir, \u201cper romanticisme\u201d, lluitar contra l&#8217;adversitat per a continuar el somni d\u2019en Miguel, acompanyada del qui ha estat el seu director t\u00e8cnic des del comen\u00e7ament, l&#8216;<strong>en\u00f2leg\u00a0Toni Coca<\/strong>, i del responsable de viticultura i celler,\u00a0<strong>Enric Amor\u00f3s<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Vinya sostenible, sense herbicides ni fertilitzants sint\u00e8tics<br \/>\n<\/strong>Situada al Molar, al sud-oest de la comarca del Priorat, a la dreta del riu Siurana, el celler i les seves vinyes es troben a 228 metres d&#8217;altitud. Miguel P\u00e9rez, farmac\u00e8utic, en\u00f2leg i professor universitari saragoss\u00e0,\u00a0<strong>va apostar des del principi per l&#8217;agricultura ecol\u00f2gica<\/strong>, certificada pel Consell Catal\u00e0 de Producci\u00f3 Agr\u00e0ria Ecol\u00f2gica (CCPAE).<\/p>\n<p>Les vinyes es gestionen sense l&#8217;\u00fas de fungicides sist\u00e8mics, insecticides, herbicides o fertilitzants sint\u00e8tics. Les plagues i la mala herba es prevenen i controlen a trav\u00e9s de m\u00e8todes mec\u00e0nics tradicionals i naturals i la fertilitzaci\u00f3 es realitza a trav\u00e9s de cobertures de compostos, adob verd o fem d&#8217;animals. Aix\u00ed, en aquesta terra de s\u00f2ls privilegiats i un clima extrem que marca car\u00e0cter, l&#8217;equip de Clos Galena treballa per a mantenir i recuperar vinyes centen\u00e0ries en una aposta honrada per preservar el territori, que s&#8217;est\u00e9n al suport de l&#8217;entramat social i cultural de la comarca.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Clos de Galena, un bon vi ecol\u00f2gic<br \/>\n<\/strong>El 2002, fa gaireb\u00e9 22 anys, es van comercialitzar els seus dos primers vins,\u00a0<strong>els negres Galena i Clos Galena<\/strong>, el seu vi m\u00e9s ic\u00f2nic. Des dels seus inicis tots els seus\u00a0<strong>vins s\u00f3n ecol\u00f2gics<\/strong>, amb les tradicionals garnatxa negra i carinyena (amb ra\u00efm nascut d&#8217;una vinya plantada fa m\u00e9s de 70 anys) com a reines de les seves vinyes, acompanyades de cabernet sauvignon i sir\u00e0.<\/p>\n<p>Clos Galena s&#8217;ha elaborat tots els anys excepte en la coneguda com a anyada del canvi clim\u00e0tic, la 2003, ja que no va aconseguir els est\u00e0ndards de qualitat exigits pel celler. Des dels seus inicis va ser rebut amb entusiasme per la cr\u00edtica internacional, atorgant-li la publicaci\u00f3 nord-americana\u00a0<em>The Wine Advocate<\/em>, dirigida llavors per\u00a0<strong>Robert Parker, 96 punts a Clos Galena 2004<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Nota de tast de Clos de Galena 2022<br \/>\n<\/strong>Per commemorar aquests 25 anys de la posada en marxa del celler, acaba de sortir al mercat l&#8217;anyada 2022 del vi negre Clos de Galena. \u00c9s un vi d\u2019aromes complexos, amb identitat de zona i vinya, en qu\u00e8 destaquen les fruites madures i les herbes de sotabosc mediterrani, acompanyats subtilment d&#8217;esp\u00e8cies dolces i bals\u00e0mics frescos. A la boca ens hi trobarem un vi amable per\u00f2 persistent, amb volum i untuositat. Un negre que comen\u00e7a el seu recorregut de manera subtil i delicada per a anar desenvolupant, en el seu pas, tot el seu car\u00e0cter, destacant en ell la tipicitat zonal, la complexitat i el dif\u00edcil equilibri aconseguit entre frescor i for\u00e7a t\u00e0nnica continguda.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Altres vins i fites destacades<br \/>\n<\/strong>Una altra de les fites del celler va ser quan el seu\u00a0<strong>Formiga de Vellut 2014<\/strong>\u00a0va ser triat per al banquet dels Premis Nobel de 2017.
