{"id":95577,"date":"2025-06-10T09:38:05","date_gmt":"2025-06-10T07:38:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/la-fageda-presenta-els-nous-gelats-amb-la-primera-edicio-de-la-festa-del-gelat"},"modified":"2026-04-16T17:16:30","modified_gmt":"2026-04-16T15:16:30","slug":"la-fageda-presenta-els-nous-gelats-amb-la-primera-edicio-de-la-festa-del-gelat","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/la-fageda-presenta-els-nous-gelats-amb-la-primera-edicio-de-la-festa-del-gelat","title":{"rendered":"La Fageda presenta els nous gelats amb la primera edici\u00f3 de La Festa del Gelat"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>La Fageda ha organitzat dissabte l7 de juny a primera edici\u00f3 de&nbsp;<strong>La Festa del Gelat<\/strong>, un esdeveniment especial i in\u00e8dit que s\u2019ha celebrat als jardins del Mas els Casals, al cor del Parc Natural de la Zona Volc\u00e0nica de la Garrotxa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019objectiu de l\u2019acte ha estat presentar la&nbsp;<strong>nova gamma de gelats<\/strong>&nbsp;i compartir aquesta transformaci\u00f3 tant amb p\u00fablic intern com extern.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La festa ha acollit devers&nbsp;<strong>dues-centes persones<\/strong>&nbsp;i ha incl\u00f2s un concert en ac\u00fastic de la cantautora manresana<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=ZqU9VGeCgvc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Sara Roy<\/a><\/strong>, que ha captivat el panorama musical catal\u00e0 amb les seves&nbsp;<strong>melodies emotives<\/strong>. Guanyadora dels premis Enderrock 2022 a Millor Artista Revelaci\u00f3 i Millor Can\u00e7\u00f3 d\u2019Autor per votaci\u00f3 popular, Sara Roy t\u00e9 m\u00e9s de 47.000 seguidors a les xarxes socials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L\u2019acte tamb\u00e9 ha comptat amb el maridatge de&nbsp;<strong>La Gastron\u00f2mica<\/strong>, projecte empordan\u00e8s de<strong>&nbsp;Clara Ant\u00fa\u00f1ez i Jaume Montany\u00e0<\/strong>&nbsp;que organitza experi\u00e8ncies al voltant del vi i la gastronomia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>15 anys elaborant gelats<br><\/strong>La primera edici\u00f3 de La Festa del Gelat s\u2019emmarca en la celebraci\u00f3 dels 15 anys de la producci\u00f3 de gelats de La Fageda, i ha servit per presentar la transformaci\u00f3 integral d\u2019aquesta gamma, que inclou tant una reformulaci\u00f3 del producte com un nou posicionament de marca, amb l\u2019objectiu de donar visibilitat al projecte social i traslladar l\u2019extraordin\u00e0ria hist\u00f2ria que hi ha al darrere d\u2019aquest producte.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Els eixos del projecte se sustenten en la reformulaci\u00f3 del producte acompanyada d&#8217;un nou env\u00e0s que incorpora el nou posicionament de marca Extraordin\u00e0ria difer\u00e8ncia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La&nbsp;<strong>reformulaci\u00f3&nbsp;<\/strong>dels gelats de La Fageda<strong>&nbsp;incorpora quatre refer\u00e8ncies elaborades amb mat\u00e8ries primes d\u2019alta qualitat i una notable millora en la cremositat<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Caramel salat amb ametlles garrapinyades<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Galetes de xocolata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Iogurt amb encenalls de xocolata<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Iogurt amb mango<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>La Fageda&nbsp;<strong>va iniciar la producci\u00f3 i venta de gelats l&#8217;any 2010, en una nau de Badalona<\/strong>. La voluntat de preservar els llocs de treball d&#8217;un Centre Especial de Treball situat en aquest municipi, dedicat a l&#8217;elaboraci\u00f3 de gelats i que havia fet fallida, va ser el motiu que va impulsar l\u2019 empresa garrotxina a iniciar la seva activitat al sector dels gelats.
