D\u2019unes 150 hect\u00e0rees plantades al m\u00f3n, 69 s\u00f3n a Catalunya, i Edet\u00e0ria en t\u00e9 7 de gaireb\u00e9 40 anys. Som davant un vi \u00fanic, amb una gran personalitat i que expressa d\u2019una manera pura la complexitat de la garnatxa peluda.<\/p>\n<p>Lassot 2023 ret homenatge a l\u2019her\u00e8ncia familiar i al paisatge mediterrani que defineix el car\u00e0cter d\u2019Edet\u00e0ria. La seva elaboraci\u00f3, basada en el que el celler anomena \u201cenologia racional\u201d, respecta al m\u00e0xim la identitat del vinya: fermentaci\u00f3 a baixa temperatura, m\u00ednima intervenci\u00f3 i una crian\u00e7a de 10 mesos en \u00e0mfora de gres de 1.000 litres, que permet una microoxigenaci\u00f3 natural sense aportaci\u00f3 de tanins ex\u00f2gens.<\/p>\n<p>El\u00a0<strong>resultat \u00e9s un vi amb una explosi\u00f3 arom\u00e0tica de fruites vermelles<\/strong>, amb diferents matisos i un\u00a0<strong>suggerent final de pell de taronja de sang<\/strong>. En boca, mostra\u00a0<strong>tanins seductors, elegants i sucosos<\/strong>, equilibri i una delicada frescor, prolongant-se amb la complexitat i riquesa que distingeixen els grans vins mediterranis.<\/p>\n<p>Lassot 2023 \u00e9s m\u00e9s que un vi: \u00e9s\u00a0<strong>una declaraci\u00f3 d\u2019identitat<\/strong>. Una mirada al passat que projecta el futur d\u2019Edet\u00e0ria, que consolida el seu comprom\u00eds amb la viticultura ecol\u00f2gica, el respecte pel terroir i l\u2019autenticitat com a pilars de la seva filosofia.\u00a0<strong>Edici\u00f3 limitada<\/strong>: 1.300 ampolles Preu: 60 euros.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Edet\u00e0ria: un celler ecol\u00f2gic i amb personalitat<br \/>\n<\/strong>Edet\u00e0ria t\u00e9 70 hect\u00e0rees de vinya en cultiu ecol\u00f2gic, dues ampliacions que han donat lloc a un celler equipat per elaborar 250.000 ampolles i, a nivell comercial, una pres\u00e8ncia en m\u00e9s de 25 pa\u00efsos. En m\u00e9s de 20 anys, Edet\u00e0ria s\u2019ha convertit en el celler de refer\u00e8ncia de la DO Terra Alta, que elabora vins aut\u00e8ntics amb varietats aut\u00f2ctones de vinyes velles en un ter roir \u00fanic i de marcada personalitat.
