{"id":100363,"date":"2026-04-11T19:50:35","date_gmt":"2026-04-11T17:50:35","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/web2025.gastronomicament.cat\/?post_type=recepta&#038;p=100363"},"modified":"2026-04-11T19:50:40","modified_gmt":"2026-04-11T17:50:40","slug":"recepta-de-creps","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/recepta\/recepta-de-creps","title":{"rendered":"Recepta de creps"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Ingredients&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Per a unes 10 creps<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>250 g de farina<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>500 ml de llet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 ous<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 cullerada de sucre (opcional, si les voleu fer dolces)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 pessic de sal<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>25 g de mantega fosa (o un raig d\u2019oli suau)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Mantega o oli per untar la paella<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En primer lloc, en un bol gros, bateu els ous amb la llet i la mantega fosa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Despr\u00e9s, afegiu-hi la&nbsp;farina, el sucre i la sal. Barrejau-ho tot amb unes varetes fins que quedi una massa fina i sense grums. (Si voleu, podeu passar-la pel t\u00farmix perqu\u00e8 quedi m\u00e9s llisa.)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3, deixau reposar la massa: tapau el bol i deixau-lol reposar devers 30 minuts a temperatura ambient. Aix\u00f2 ajudar\u00e0 que la farina s\u2019hidrati b\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ara toca cuinar les creps: escalfau una paella antiadherent i pintau-la amb una mica de mantega o oli. Abocau-hi una mica de pasta (aprox. mig cullerot i moveu la paella per escampar-hi la pasta l\u00edquida uniformement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Quan les voreres de la crep comencin a desenganxar-se i apareguin bombolles, girau-la amb una esp\u00e0tula. Coeu-la uns segons m\u00e9s per l\u2019altra banda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Feis el mateix amb la resta de la pasta, untau la paella amb una mica m\u00e9s de mantega si cal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Per acabar, escampau-hi l&#8217;ingredient que vulgueu.
