Saleu-la. Peleu les cre\u00eflles (patates) i talleu-les tamb\u00e9 a rodanxes d&#8217;1 cm. Peleu i trossegeu la tomaca i els alls. Escalfeu l&#8217;oli en una cassola i sofregiu la cre\u00eflla i els alls. Afegiu-hi la tomaca, saleu-la i una vegada fregida, afegiu-hi el pebre roig, i doneu-li un parell de voltes. Tot seguit, regeu amb el caldo. Quan bulli, rectifiqueu de sal i deixeu-ho coure uns 5 minuts.
