{"id":72197,"date":"2013-11-21T13:42:05","date_gmt":"2013-11-21T12:42:05","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/recepta\/crema-de-moniato-amb-saltat-de-trompetes-de-la-mort-i-ou-escumat"},"modified":"2013-11-21T13:42:05","modified_gmt":"2013-11-21T12:42:05","slug":"crema-de-moniato-amb-saltat-de-trompetes-de-la-mort-i-ou-escumat","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/recepta\/crema-de-moniato-amb-saltat-de-trompetes-de-la-mort-i-ou-escumat","title":{"rendered":"Crema de moniato amb saltat de trompetes de la mort i ou escumat"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><br \/>\n3 moniatos petits<br \/>\n1 ceba petita<br \/>\n1 pastanaga<br \/>\nAigua o brou de verdures<br \/>\n150 grams de trompetes de la mort<br \/>\n1 gra d\u2019all<br \/>\n2 ous<br \/>\noli d\u2019oliva<br \/>\nsal<br \/>\npebre<br \/>\ncibulet<\/p>\n<p><strong>Elaboraci\u00f3<\/strong><br \/>\n* De la crema:<\/p>\n<p>-Pelar els moniatos i la pastanaga i tallar-los a rondanxes no gaire gruixudes i reservar.<br \/>\n-Tallar la ceba a mitges llunes i posar-la a sofregir amb un bon raig d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva a una cassola.<br \/>\n&#8211; Quan la ceba hagi sofregit cinc minutets abocar el moniato i la pastanaga i sofregir-ho tot plegat un parell de minuts m\u00e9s.<br \/>\n&#8211; Afegir el brou o l\u2019aigua(que no arribi a cobrir-los), un p\u00e9ssic de sal i deixar coure fins que trenqui el bull. Un cop arrenqui el bull abaixar el foc i deixarem coure uns 15 minuts aproximadament fins que el moniato i la pastanaga siguin tendres.<br \/>\n&#8211; Un cop estiguin tendres, retirar del foc i triturar amb la t\u00farmix amb el turbo per evitar que quedin grumolls. Si la volem m\u00e9s fina passar-la pel colador xin\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>* Del saltejat de trompetes de la mort:<\/p>\n<p>-Netejar els bolets.<br \/>\n-Posar a una paella un rajol\u00ed d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva i quan sigui calent tirar un gra d\u2019all ben picadet.<br \/>\n-Enrossir l\u2019all i despr\u00e9s afegir les trompetes.<br \/>\n-Saltejar-les uns minuts fins que s\u2019evapori gaireb\u00e9 tot el l\u00edquid de la paella.<\/p>\n<p>* Dels ous poch\u00e9:<\/p>\n<p>-Posar un cass\u00f3 amb aigua al foc fins que bulli.<br \/>\n-Mentrestant folrem l\u2019interior d\u2019un got amb paper film, el pinzellem una mica amb oli o mantega desfeta i buidem l\u2019ou a dins del got filmat.<br \/>\n-Tanquem el film amb cordill de cuina o fent un nus al propi film i quan l\u2019aigua del foc sigui bullint posarem els paquetets d\u2019ou entre 3 i 4 minuts.<br \/>\n&#8211; Un cop passat aquest temps refredem els ous amb aigua freda per evitar que agafin m\u00e9s temperatura i retirem delicadament el film.<\/p>\n<p>Per emplatar posarem crema a un plat fondo, sal i pebre negre molta a sobre, afegirem una mica de saltejat de trompetes i a sobre d\u2019aquestes hi posarem l\u2019ou poch\u00e9 empolsimat d\u2019una mica de sal gruixuda i de cibulet picat.<!--more--><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>* De la crema: -Pelar els moniatos i la pastanaga i tallar-los a rondanxes no gaire&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":74,"featured_media":50472,"menu_order":0,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_swt_meta_header_display":false,"_swt_meta_footer_display":false,"_swt_meta_site_title_display":false,"_swt_meta_sticky_header":false,"_swt_meta_transparent_header":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[1490],"concurs-mossegades":[777],"dificultat":[1494],"ingredient":[1889,1912],"plat":[1564],"preu-per-racio":[],"receptes-tematiques":[],"temps-de-preparacio":[1495],"coauthors":[],"class_list":["post-72197","recepta","type-recepta","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-receptes-de","concurs_receptes_mossegades-concurs-receptes-novembre-2013","dificultat-baixa-de","ingredient-bolets-de","ingredient-cremes-i-sopes-de","plat-entrant-de","temps_de_preparacio-entre-30-i-60-minutes-de"],"acf":{"gallery":null,"home_date":{"home_begin_date":null,"home_end_date":null}},"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 -
