{"id":72655,"date":"2013-07-24T18:17:59","date_gmt":"2013-07-24T16:17:59","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/recepta\/salmorejo"},"modified":"2013-07-24T18:17:59","modified_gmt":"2013-07-24T16:17:59","slug":"salmorejo","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/recepta\/salmorejo","title":{"rendered":"Salmorejo"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1 quilo de tom\u00e0tigues de pera ben madures<\/li>\n<li>80 g d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva verge<\/li>\n<li>80 g de molla de pa blanc sec<\/li>\n<li>1 all (o \u00bd si no us agrada gaire el sabor)<\/li>\n<li>sal<\/li>\n<li>cuixot<\/li>\n<li>cibulet<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Posau les molles de pa dins un bol. Pelau les tom\u00e0tigues i trossejau-les. Abocau-les damunt el pa (perqu\u00e8 es vagi amarant i llavors sigui m\u00e9s f\u00e0cil de triturar). Afegiu-hi l\u2019all (sense la part verda central) picat, l\u2019oli i sal. Triturau la mescla fins aconseguir una crema ben fina. Guardau-la a la gelera.<\/p>\n<p>Serviu-la amb cruixent de cuixot. Per preparar el cruixent, posau tallades primetes de cuixot damunt un tros de paper sulfuritzat. Cobriu-les amb un altre tros de paper i coeu-les al forn, a 170\u00ba, durant aproximadament 10 minuts. Deixau-les refredar. En ser fredes quedaran ben cruixents (no el prepareu amb gaire antelaci\u00f3, perqu\u00e8 perd la textura cruixent en poques hores).
