Seguim preparant les mandarines. Les tallem a trossets i procurem que no hi quedi cap pinyol. Les introdu\u00efm dins l&#8217;olla i tamb\u00e9 hi posem el sucre i el gingebre. Ho deixem coure, a foc lent. Mentrestant, posem a esteril\u00b7litzar els pots de la conserva, important! S&#8217;han de bullir durant uns 15 minuts. inalment, al cap d&#8217;una hora i una mica m\u00e9s ja tindrem la melmelada a punt. La introdu\u00efm als pots, que taparem i girarem del rev\u00e9s en calent perqu\u00e8 facin el buit. Se&#8217;ns conservaran un any al rebost, sempre i quan estiguin en un lloc fosc, sec i fresc. Amb la melmelada que no m&#8217;hi va cabre als pots vaig fer aquestes casssoletes, aquestes floretes, dieu-n&#8217;hi com volgueu.
