{"id":73580,"date":"2012-11-05T16:51:37","date_gmt":"2012-11-05T15:51:37","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/recepta\/crema-de-col-lombarda"},"modified":"2022-04-09T12:17:21","modified_gmt":"2022-04-09T10:17:21","slug":"crema-de-col-lombarda","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/recepta\/crema-de-col-lombarda","title":{"rendered":"Crema de col lombarda"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; 1 col lombarda petita (800 g sense el tronxo)<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 ceba mitjana<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 alls<br \/>\n&#8211; Oli d\u2019oliva<br \/>\n&#8211; 500 g de brou de vedella, de pollastre o de verdures<br \/>\n&#8211; 200 g d\u2019aigua calenta<br \/>\n&#8211; 100 g de vi negre<br \/>\n&#8211; Sal<br \/>\n&#8211; Pebre bo<br \/>\n&#8211; Com\u00ed m\u00f2lt<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cullerada de mantega<br \/>\n&#8211; 4 cullerades de formatge San Mill\u00e1n<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<p>Netejau la col i eliminau-ne els tronxos. Posau les fulles a degotar dins un colador gran.<\/p>\n<p>Pelau la ceba i els alls i trinxau-los ben fins.<\/p>\n<p>Posau una olla gran al foc amb un poc d\u2019oli d\u2019oliva. En ser calent, abocau-hi la ceba i l\u2019all. Salpebrau-los i sofregiu-los al m\u00ednim i tapats durant 10 minuts.<\/p>\n<p>Mentrestant, trinxau la col ben fineta. Incorporau-la a l\u2019olla i sofregiu-la durant 30 minuts tapada i al m\u00ednim. Remenau de tant en tant per evitar que s\u2019aferri.<\/p>\n<p>Posau el brou a bullir. Abocau-lo dins l\u2019olla de la col i afegiu-hi l\u2019aigua, el vi, sal, pebre bo i com\u00ed m\u00f2lt. Deixau bullir el conjunt durant 15 minuts m\u00e9s i retirau l\u2019olla del foc.<\/p>\n<p>Triturau la mescla fins que quedi ben fina amb una cullerada de mantega (en calent).<\/p>\n<p>Serviu els plats amb una cullerada de formatge San Mill\u00e1n al centre del plat i ja tenim la recepta de crema de col lombarda enllestida.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Ingredients:
