Reservau-les.<\/p>\n<p>Per fer el caramel, posau la resta d&#8217;ingredients en un cassol\u00ed al foc i deixau-los bullir uns quinze o vint minuts. Per saber si est\u00e0 llest, teniu preparat un tass\u00f3 amb aigua freda i tirau-hi una miqueta del caramel, s&#8217;ha de solidificar en entrar en contacte amb l&#8217;aigua, si queda tou encara no estar\u00e0 llest i cal deixar-lo bullir uns minuts m\u00e9s (amb cura que no es cremi massa).<\/p>\n<p>Amb rapidesa perqu\u00e8 no es solidifiqui, anau xopant les pomes en el l\u00edquid ensucrat i
