Seguidament, tallau els pebres en tires d\u2019uns dos cent\u00edmetres, els fregiu i tamb\u00e9 els reservau.<\/p>\n<p>Ara, amb poc oli, fregiu els trossos de llom i els reservau en una greixonera. En el mateix oli, (si cal n\u2019hi podeu afegir) hi sofregiu la ceba capolada, quan comenci a tornar rossa hi afegiu les tom\u00e0tigues capolades i ho deixau coure uns vint minuts a foc baix. Mentre es cou la tom\u00e0tiga, mesclau les verdures fregides amb la carn dins la greixonera. Quan la tom\u00e0tiga estigui cuita, l\u2019heu d\u2019abocar damunt la carn i la verdura de la greixonera i remenar-ho perqu\u00e8 es mescli tot el conjunt.<\/p>\n<p>Es pot menjar calent o
