Cal parar esment i intentar treure\u2019ls el m\u00ednim de pell. Seguidament, pelau i tallau la patata, la ceba i la pastanaga. Mentrestant, posau un litre d\u2019aigua al foc perqu\u00e8 s\u2019escalfi.<\/p>\n<p>Un cop tenim la verdura tallada, posau una olla al foc amb un rajol\u00ed d\u2019oli i quan estigui una mica calent, sofregiu una mica la verdura sense deixar que es cremi i sense deixar de remenar-ho tot. A continuaci\u00f3 afegiu-hi l\u2019aigua, ja calenta, fins que cobreixi la verdura i posau-hi una mica de sal.<\/p>\n<p>Tot aix\u00f2 ho deixau a foc mig durant mitja hora i ho anau remenant. Mentre la verdura es cou, foneu el formatge blau, mesclau-lo amb la crema de llet i afegiu-lo a la verdura, un cop estigui cuita.<\/p>\n<p>Per acabar, ho passau tot per la batedora.
