Amb l&#8217;esp\u00e0tula baixam les restes de verdures cap a les fulles.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s hi afegim l&#8217;oli i la mantega i programam 6 minuts, temperatura Varoma, velocitat 2.<\/p>\n<p>En estar llest, ficam dins el tass\u00f3 els carabassons i programam 6 minuts a temperatura Varoma i velocitat 2.<\/p>\n<p>En estar llest, hi posam la llet, la sal, el pebre bo i la nou moscada. Programam 20 minuts a 90\u00ba amb velocitat 1.<\/p>\n<p>Quan hagin passat els 20 minuts, programam 40 segons a velocitat 7 per trossejar els carbassons. Si en estar no queda ben suau, tornau-ho a programar un parell de segons a la mateixa velocitat.<\/p>\n<p>Ja quasi hem acabat, nom\u00e9s hi falta afegir-hi els formatgets i programar 5 minuts a 90\u00ba, velocitat 3.<\/p>\n<p>Per emplatar ho empolvam amb una mica de julivert picat i podem acabar el plat amb un parell de galletes d&#8217;oli o un parell de crostons.<\/p>\n<p>Bon profit!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Aquesta recepta \u00e9s molt, molt senzilla i va molt b\u00e9 com a primer plat.
