{"id":73927,"date":"2012-03-14T10:35:14","date_gmt":"2012-03-14T09:35:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/recepta\/recepta-sipia-amb-ceba"},"modified":"2022-04-09T12:25:52","modified_gmt":"2022-04-09T10:25:52","slug":"recepta-sipia-amb-ceba","status":"publish","type":"recepta","link":"https:\/\/gastronomicament.cat\/de\/recepta\/recepta-sipia-amb-ceba","title":{"rendered":"S\u00edpia amb ceba"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>Per a 4 persones<\/em><br \/>\n&#8211; 2 s\u00edpies mitjanes<br \/>\n&#8211; 2 tom\u00e0tigues tipus de frare<br \/>\n&#8211; 8-9 cebes<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 fulla de llorer<br \/>\n&#8211; Pebre bord<br \/>\n&#8211; Carn de nyora (2 cullerades) o carn de pebrot xoricer<br \/>\n&#8211; Sal<br \/>\n&#8211; Oli d&#8217;oliva<br \/>\n&#8211; 1-2 bitxos<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 tass\u00f3 de vi blanc<br \/>\n&#8211; 1 cullerada de sucre<\/p>\n<p><strong>Preparaci\u00f3<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Primer de tot tallam les s\u00edpies a daus, tallam les cebes a juliana i ratllam les tom\u00e0tigues.<\/p>\n<p>Despr\u00e9s, dins una greixonera mitjana (per 4 persones) encalentim l&#8217;oli d&#8217;oliva i despr\u00e9s hi ficam la s\u00edpia. Deixam que se sofregeixi entre 10-15 minuts i hi afegim una mica de sal.<\/p>\n<p>Hi afegim la tom\u00e0tiga, el sucre (per corregir l&#8217;acidesa) i la fulla de llorer. Ho tornam deixar uns 15 minuts m\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Passat aquest temps, hi afegim el vi blanc, les cebes, la carn de nyora, el pebre bord i ho corregim de sal. Ho deixam cuinant un m\u00ednim d&#8217;una hora, remenant de tant en tant.<\/p>\n<p>Per acabar, hi afegim els bitxos uns 10 minuts abans d&#8217;apagar el foc perqu\u00e8 li donguin un puntet de coentor. Corregim de sal i llest.<\/p>\n<p>Nota: Molt f\u00e0cil de cuinar, l&#8217;\u00fanic secret \u00e9s que la s\u00edpia estigui m\u00e9s o menys una hora i mitja al foc perqu\u00e8 quedi
